No vapor production in temp control

I have a Vapor Shark DNA 133 and I put a dual Ti 7 wrap spaced build in reading at .0836 Ohms cold which is locked in Escribe. Power is at 80 W, temp set to 430F, and I even found and loaded the material properties of the Lightning Vapes Ti wire into the software and into my mod profile. I get no vape production and the taste is horrible. I even cleaned the wire before I wrapped the coils up around a 3mm bit. Coils are evenly spaced on both sides. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, could anyone please help me before I go mad. This is the 4th build I've tried in this thing with no avail.

I've always had problems with TI1 wire, mainly no flavor, I get better flavor and vapor production off Ni200 nickel and 316L stainless steel, or ti1 claptoned with ni200 as the wrap wire over the ti1 core. 80watts at 430F tc you should be getting the same vapor production of a kanthal build at about 30watts, try lowering down the power to about 50watts, with a lower ramp up power the coil will heat up slower and not hit the tc cap as fast allowing for more initial vapor made before tc starts throttling things. All my tc builds I set things to where I am not being throttled, don't let the coil reach max temp right off and continue to draw after letting off the fire button to cool the coil back down.

I'm not familiar with the chip but no vapor in TC is usually because it's hitting protection too soon. In general possible fixes include turning the power down, raising the temp or incrementally raising the TCR until you get the vape you're looking for.

I don't use Ti, but isn't it recommended to be around 0.5Ω? I know Ni200 is fine to use around 0.1Ωish, but I thought it was the only wire you should go this low with in TC.

It absolutely sounds like your coil is rapidly overheating. It also sounds like it's still breaking in.

I got some Sweetspot 4 and SS316 in the mail now, outta cotton and all I have are CVS steral balls so I might have to use those until I get to a shop tomorrow after work. I'll rebuild, again, and make a single coil with what I have now tonight and see what I get. Thanks for the help, I'll put what I learned to good use tonight after work.

Well I did a single 7 spaced wrap of the .24 gauge Ti I had, set power to 30W, preheat power to 30W, preheat punch to 1 and set preheat time limit to 0 seconds. Coil is at .1611 Ohms at 70 F and temp to 450. Still no vapor production. I'm slowly losing it more and more.

EDIT

Well I think I found my issue, my Griffin 25 post screws are stripped and don't make a very good connection. I built on my Limitless Plus and the screws down tight, great connection and vapes like a dream. Thanks for all the help in this post guys.
