Which is the ONE SUBTANK that you go to that NEVER FAILS?

This thread may very well be helpful to others looking for a simple go-to tank.

No RTAs, RDAs or RDTAs.
We're talking (even way back when) tanks with replaceable coils that you can grab, prime and fill and not worry about a thing.

My Kanger Subohm Tank Pro 7ml. Bing, bang, boom. Not a care in the world with that one.

I have an ehpro etank S2 that has always been reliable and easy to use when I do use a tank with premade coils.

If I had to pick just one with premade coils I guess it would have to be the Super Tank, works well and probably has to most coil options of any tank. If I was given the choice of one subohm tank with unlimited coils then the Stentorian Steam Engine would be it, just checks off the most boxes for my needs.

Would be happy with the Cleito, TFV8, TFV4 Micro, Original Crown and Arctic V8 mini though, all good tanks as well.

They all fail some more than others but the only subtanks I use these days are the tfv4 and tfv8 and my cleito and cleito 120.

The simplicity and and flavor of the cleito is hard to beat.

I used the Pro for a while and really liked it. I rarely use a Subtank these days but if it do it's a Herakles plus or V2.

Limitless XL. The stupid light gets annoying but it's a great vape.

If you want it simple, vitually bombproof and cheap - IMHO it's got to be a GS Air running on 0.75 ohm coils ( which can last for up to 10 weeks with unflavoured DIY juice ) - yes it's on the small side and no it isn't stylish...but it does work. I was so impressed with these that I laid in a 10 year stock of them and their coils before the European restrictions came in...just in case.

Another trooper, which is the first subohm kit I ever purchased is the Kanger Subbox Nano. To me, Kanger made some really sturdy stuff. And, the coils are so versatile. You all have come out with some really cool, reliable tanks! Let's keep 'em coming!

I've got an Atlantis with 1.0 coils at 33 watts on a Sigelei Fuchai. It never fails - does ok on juice consumption, and satisfies my craving. 1.5 mg nicotine from Good Life Vapors (Crunch Berry). It never fails. Just picked up a TGV8 and it rocks, but probably not cost effective from a consumption and coil standpoint.

Kangertech all the way. First tank I ever got was a nano. Not too much vapor but the flavor is amazing. Newbie or vet go to all around.

I never could get into the Kangers (of any variety, from the EVODS, to the T3S, the Protanks or the Subtanks)... The flavor always tasted a little weak to me, which would make me up the watts and then burn the coil. I gave that shit a solid chance, no more Kanger for me.

I like Aspire. The Nautilus went to my GF (she's a MTL vaper). I use the Atlantis for my work vape (a tank lasts me til I get home and the tank with a cage over it gives it a shot not to break on me at work).

I do like Smok's products (for tanks, not mods). I enjoyed the Vivi Nova (for flavor, not all that leaking bullshit). The TFV4 has been treating me right. Great flavor, no leaking and the coils seem to last forever (well, at least a month anyway). I'm considering a TFV8, although not sure about the juice consumption there.

The Atlantis and TFV4 are both solid and dependable. I wouldn't put up with the crap that I did with the Vivi Nova anymore, because you no longer have to put up with that level of bullshit to get flavor.

I agree on the tfv4 and Atlantis 2 - especially since there are new coil options for the Atlantis (Coil Art, Atlantis EVO). Tried Coil Art 0.2 kanthal yesterday, so not sure how long it will last, but for flavor and clouds, it is much better than the old Aspire 0.3 kanthal. Their Crown 0.2 is ok, but not really an upgrade over the Uwell 0.25 SS.

I'll have to try that Coil Art 0.2 kanthal. It sounds like it might be worthwhile/interesting. I've been using the Aspire .3.

UPDATE: I found my new favorite. The Herakles v1. Awesome tank, great flavor, impressive vapor and works like a charm! No leaks, no dry hits in over a week and coil is still nice and white. I'm looking for the SS version but everyone is sold out except Vapor Authority at $28.99. I could get it new on one of the other sites for nearly half that. Will wait. Which will drive me nuts since I prefer immediate gratification by ordering it even from China. Hmmm, think I'll post in Trade.

As far as I know, the stainless coils are only for the Plus, v2, Pro, and Mermaid. Hope I'm wrong though.

By the way, I picked up 0.6 triple parallel coils for the Herk Plus, and it transforms that tank. Smooth, cool, tasty clouds at 70w, and so far not leaking after a week. Does not spit and pop like the 0.4 and 0.2.

Yes, the v1 is as reliable as a tank can get. So is the Atlantis 2, if you can deal with the drip tip situation. I picked up a 2nd Herk v1 for deeming. Still need 1 rebuildable that I know will last through anything.

Like @Paratech , I could not choose just one-there are so many good ones now it is hard to choose.

EDIT: I am an idiot, I did not read the first post correctly. No RTAs DOH!

I don't often use non RTA's, so I will have to say the Crown, as that is the only tank I use pre built coils in sometimes.

Kanger Mini C tank, .5 coils. It's the one that comes in their mini c kit. Great flavor, great vapor, great draw, and not one single leak. Although i just got the original Crown today with .25 coils, so we'll see how that goes. I needed another tank for my Coolfire TC100, as I HATE the Isub V that came with it.

My UD Simba. Won it in a giveaway shortly after i started vaping and it gets used less and less as time goes on but i know i can always throw some juice in it and with the fully ceramic cottonless coil it will just flat out work.
