Wanted to check out the Rose v3. 3fvapes has three diff. Kinds does anyone have them or any reviews? One is the SKX the other is SJMY and the other is a no name. I recently picked up a SMJY Kayfun 5 and the quality on this thing is fantastic. Any thoughts to which one to get would be great help. Thanks!

This is what happens when your kayfun 5 and Hurricane Jr, get drunk and have a baby. Either that or it has Multiple Personality Disorder. This is the sxk clone I have an authentic in order now.

this is certainly an interesting rta, It is 22mm wide, ideal for a direct lung hit and simple to build on. The airflow is similar to that of the kayfun 5 and Hurrican jr. It is a restrictive lung quality and as smooth as the kayfun5 yet a little more open. The deck is postless and removeable from the rta altogether allowing for a build of almost any type and a whicking style considerable similar to the hurricane and taifun. when removing the deck, you unscrew the bottom and remove the airflow ring, then the deck just pops out, revealing the posteless floow and grub screws on the side holding the coil in place over the 3.5mm center airflow.

The juiceflow is independent of the airflow. The juiceflow is the chimney itself and can be opened up or closed via the driptip. just turn it to open and turn it to close. when turned to close, one can unscrew the top of the tank to reveal fill ports. The combination of juice flow and top fill makes this tank very simple to use.

Overall, the flavor from the rose is that of the hurricane junior, the vapor production is a little less than it or the kayfun5; however, the vape quality and draw is near identicle to the kf5. This is a great addition to the single coil lung hit tanks of today. The build quality is excellent and undeniably top notch.

Just saw a review this morning (vape don't smoke) YouTube, Sxk. Was all ready to buy it then he tried to pop it on a pico and the 510 was huge!! Did not fit. He got it to fit on a mod with spring loaded 510. I have the Pico for my travel pocket mod. Soo bummed. Was trying to match those 2 together. How is the 510 on yours?

The 510 is fine on mine. I don't have a Pico though. So far its been on some vaporsharks, vaporflasks, provari Procyon, radius, vt133 and none have had any issue

Hmm, the Pico has a spring loaded 510. The longest 510 tank connector I have is a Merlin. To long for my Joyetech VTwo unless I use a thin plastic shim. It screws on my Pico just fine though. If you want to use the two together you can either make your own shim, it's simple, or KidneyPuncher sells them as "Mod Guards".

Not much give on the Pico 510. Intresing idea on the mod guards. Just checked them out. $1.99 for 5 and there black which would match the mod. Liking that idea thanks!

I got the SXK clone and liked it so much, I got the original. So far, the only difference I found was that the clone uses an o-ring to tension the AFC ring whereas the original uses a short piece of wire. My AFC ring was a little loose because they used a very thin wire, maybe 30 guage. I replaced the wire with a 11mm piece of 24 ga. SS wire that was hard to install. I think 26 ga. would be perfect.

Performance wise, the clone is every bit as good as the original Rose3, with the original maybe a tiny bit smoother and quieter. For the money, I don't think you can go wrong with the SXK clone. I'll try to get a SJMY clone next.

I received the SXK clone, unfortunately came with no tension at all on the AFC, it can freely rotate without any friction, opened the AFC and
no o-ring nor spring wire in there ...

Looked at this video:

I will try to put a SS 26 ga piece of wire, hope to fix it

EDIT: 26 ga still gives few friction and the AFC easily gets off if turned without the bottom connected to the RTA, will have to try with a bigger ga
