Have to post this now for the steeping time is done by the old Transylvania method. You have to start the steeping process on the First Full Moon of September. September 16th of 2016. In that old Gothic Tradition to steep properly you must wrap the finished bottle in Aluminum foil first.
Next place it in a plastic bag that can be sealed tightly. Ensure most air is out of the plastic bag. Leave a little in it though. Now while the Moon is full place the plastic bag in the Toilet Tank part. You know where the water fills in. The plastic bag should float enough to keep it from causing issues when filling up with water and emptying. This will allow a constant mixing of the e-juice recipe.
Use on October 31 of any year. Now you know how this recipe got the name Toilet Water. I bet you are glad to learn a little bit of old Transylvania Gothic History. p.s. Not to be use at any other time of the year.
