IPV5 Assistance

Just had my Sigelei 213 traded to an IPV5.

I don't have the box and manuals.
Some say that this mod has a "memory", I'm not sure what it is, is there any tips also on how I can check and configure it's settings.

I don't have any yihi chip mods anymore, and I've forgotten most about them, but I think if you click the fire button rapidly 3x you will go into the menu system.

It isn't working, it's directing me to a link to Dload DDTank in Google Play.

I've also encountered a few problems with the IPV5, first I experienced the glitch with the Wattage not going more that 75w (had it fixed).
Next problem is for me to adj the watts, normal with variables if you press and hold that wattage either up or down, it would ramp up fast, however mine needs to be clicked or pressed every time if I would need to turn it up or down, like literally .1 go up/down.

Anybody knows how to fix this out ?
