what do you acually knwo with 100% certainty about the FDA deeming regs and how it will effect teh prodicts you sell: Nicotine, flavorings PG AND VG?
Do you have to file the PMTA for your nicotine...are he companies who flavors you sell going to be filing PTMAs or do they already know they are not needed for them? How about PG and VG
I mean PG and VG were available before 2007 so shouldnt they be grandfathered in if they are under the regs?

There's a lot of confusion right now. Nicotine, pg/vg and flavorings shouldn't be affected. But, at this point I'm hesitant to say anything because I don't know anything for 100% certainty except that we have a long road ahead.

To the best of my understanding, the 2007 date applies to hardware only. I agree with you that nicotine, pg, vg and flavorings are not vape specific so, I think they'll be fine. We're active members of several advocacy groups and donate to CASSA.

Are the liters also sealed with the gas?
Absolutely. The only nicotine that isn't is our free samples. Everything else is back filled with gas and sealed with a tamper evident seal.

I'm curious if the one liter is shipped in plastic. If so, what type and is it safe to freeze?No words needed... ;-)

It is shipped in plastic. Specifically, white high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic cylinder bottles. They are completely safe to freeze as neither PG, VG nor nicotine will freeze solid. Therefore, there is no expansion issues.
I have some nic from 2010/2011 in HDPE that is still good. I was just making sure I'm still up on the safety, etc. I'll have to check my inventory since I have nic base from each year since late 2010.
