Favorite sites for bulk bases?

I get my nic from Nude (though I'm ambivalent about Nude and Vaperstek, it just comes down to shipping cost for me). Bases are either Nude (if they're running a sale) or Essential Depot, where the 2 gallon free shipping deal edges out the 4 gallon GlyCube deal for me, but plug in both because dependent on where you're shipping the 4 gallon deal might actually work better.
essientialdepot.com has 1 gal of PG and 1 gal of VG for 43.62 including shipping.

Depends on your location - that's why I advise to price it, then price the 2-gallon free shipping deal and see which is cheaper - for me I saved a few bucks buying the 2-gallon deal twice over buying the 4-gallon deal and paying for shipping...

Got it! I'm on my phone since my computer went tits up so it takes me a while to get around. Sometimes it takes so long, I just hang it's up till I get to work. That's why I hate texting, I figured if God wanted me to take 5 minutes to say hello, He would have given me a stutter.

Yup! They don't have the entire spectrum of flavors from Flavor West (double dutch chocolate) but it looks like they keep adding stuff.

haha, ya my order with them was flawless. I'll definitely be back. Though, unfortunately, I don't think I'll be ordering NicSelect anymore. Got a liter from ECX that burned the nose! Luckily it blends in ok with tobacco flavors, doesn't hurt fruit vapes too much, but I haven't been able to get a good creamy vape from it yet. Both the courtesy 250ml from ECX, and the 500ml I bought from NR have a similar distinctive odor, just not as strong. So no more NicSelect for me! Guess it's time to double my budget and try out VT, when I get low on my current stock.

They just added a limited selection of CAPS today, Amanda, at $7.50 for 60ml. I have mixed feelings about whether I wish I was within driving distance or I'm thankful they'rea ways away. If I could just drop in a grab an armful it could be hazardous to my fiduciary health.

I just placed my first order with NicotineRiver. Upon order completion you get to choose in store pick-up (which I did) and also you can opt to pay in person when you pick-up your order.

Soooo. I've already posted about NicRiver a couple of times in other threads but here are the highlights: open M-F 8:00am - 5:00 pm, no weekends. I went there Saturday morning and that's how I found out they are closed on week-ends, after e-mailing back and forth with them. They try to keep your business, reply to e-mails, listen to customers and actually bring in more flavors if people ask for them. Grant was really cool, I went in this morning and told him I had forgotten 2 flavors, could I add them now? His reply was "no problem, we'll have it ready for you in 5 min." and they did! I had the total for my order so I asked him for the updated total, His reply was" no problem, it's on the house, thank you for the business!"
Fortunately they don't have shelves of stuff you can browse or I'd be sunk!
