Did I just wreck a married set of batteries?

Last night after a long shift I removed the batteries from my rx200 and threw them in my intellicharger. Woke up this morning, removed the married trifecta and went about my business. Somehow I missed it initially but before too long I realized my battery meter at about 50%. I thought this was strange so I plugged the unit in via Usb when I got to work (which I never do) only to get an imbalanced notification. Looking at the voltage for each battery confirmed my suspicions. I foolishly must have inserted a battery reversed in my charger last night. My charger has reverse polarity protection. However, did I just wreck my married set!?

I seem to do things the long way but if I were in your shoes, (because I have many mods including a few single 18650 mods) I'd use each one in a single batt mod until requiring charging.
Then charge them as the married trio again.
After your second charge, you should be back on track.

Married batteries just means having batteries from the same batch (hopefully), with the same age and roughly the same amount of charge cycles.
One time slip up doesn't change much as long as the mod doesn't over discharge the weak battery (which yours didn't)
