So I have a question. My fiancée bought me this mod as a gift but not sure how to put batteries into it the right and safe way. Read it doesn't matter which way battery goes in!! But I don't believe that at all! Does positive side go towards the atty and the negotiate to firing pin?! Please help I wanna Vape this sucker!

If it is a single battery mech the positive goes up, to the 510 pin.

No offense intended but if you don't know how to use a tube mod be careful. Mech mods need knowledge and maintenance. Go to a local B=M and ask a lot of questions. You need the proper builds on your atty, the proper batteries and a knowledge of how to disassemble and clean. Tube mods are not toys.

Is this your first mech mod? I agree with Paul, leave it alone until you know exactly what you are doing. What type of atty do you intended on using?

I think you can get better advise and knowledge here than most vape shops. Pretty much of a crap shoot depending on who they have behind the counter. The core of experienced vapers here know their shit and I have learned a lot and avoided problems by asking questions and listening to them.

Just as an example, and this was after I learned the facts here, a counter-monkey in the local shop told me that a .12 ohm build would be fine for the Noisy Cricket and as long as I stayed above .1 ohm it would be fine...

Recently Purchased this (Red Version), should be here in a about a week..

Anyways.. In a single 18650 tube mech the positive side always goes towards the 510 pin..

Yes first mech mod but have to unregulated box mods. Anyways guys thanks for all the advice. I'm using the tug boat atty or the steam boat it's gonna depend on which color looks better on it.
