So I got a friend overseas (I don't mind paying for shipping. I know it'll be a lot) and I'm sending him a ziplock bag full of juice and an RDA with a build. When I bring everything to the post office and when they say "Is there anything liquid, flammable etc) do I say yes there's e juice in there? or say no. I don't want to be honest and have the post office say "That's a tobacco product, we can't ship this" What should I do or say?

If you have a self serve kiosk, go that route. It doesn't have eyes to stare back at you and make you feel guilty for fibbin'. But, I don't know if you can ship overseas with those, I don't know why not, though.

I asked the lady at the post office about that, what they do if you tell them there's liquid in the package. She said liquid travelled by ground only because changes in atmospheric pressure could cause liquid containers to leak or burst. I usually label mine as liquid, hoping they'll handle them more carefully. (I did say "hope") But you know liquids are sent back and forth overseas by air all the time, so the "ground only" couldn't apply there.
I don't always tell them about liquid if I want the package to arrive quicker than it would by ground. I just make sure the lids/caps are secure and taped down with electrical tape and secured in zip lock bags. Then if anything happens, it's confined to the bag.

You will have to fill out a customs form that asks what's inside the package. I never get into much detail on those, matter of fact, I make sure I put a pack of jelly beans or some type of candy in there and write down "confectionery". Just make sure you secure those lids with tape and use bubble wrap, they'll be fine. ;)

I've sent juice and flavorings to a few friends before. I say no to the USPS. I just make sure I seal it very well. I tape the caps, bubble wrap the bottles, and then use the ziplock baggies.

I usually tell the post office I'm sending flavoring suspended in vegetable glycerin. One post office worker asked me why I send out a lot of flavorings. I told her I belong to a "flavoring club". BTW the statement alone gives the workers a "sheep"look. They usually will ask if its sealed properly and I say "yes". No problems sending liquids up to this point.

Thanks everyone for the input. I did fill out a custom form and was honest about it but I kept it as simple as possible. I put "vape juice" "vape part" the "part" was an RDA. Unfortunately, this Thursday will make three weeks since I've shipped it and my friend still hasn't seen it yet. I didn't know you can get tracking on it. The guy at the post office told me I can track it with the custom form which is a lie, I have to call USPS customer service and give them my custom number. I called last Friday and they said it was last in New York on the 18th. I don't see anything else. To this day my friend hasn't seen it. It's disappointing because his birthday was Saturday and I shipped it really early hoping it'd get there in time for his birthday. But it didn't. If I don't hear from my friend saying he got it by Friday, I'm calling and have them do an investigation. If you didn't know, that speeds up any package that won't move. It's like magic!
