I'll be leaving the office 2 1/2 hours early but not for fun stuff - getting the bike into the shop to figure out what the problems is.

Bike is at the shop for them to figure out what the problem is. Having them give it an overall check while it's there to try and avoid any other surprises. Gonna cost a bundle but I figure get it done now so it don't cost more later.

I have a mechanic in the family, and it's still not cheap with parts at cost and discounted labor.

i swear my customers lack intelligence. The sign on the door clearly says we open at 9. I had customers yanking on the door at 8:45
