Outside of a preorder at FT ($26), that is the best price I've seen, especially with the shipping/tracking included. Good luck to us both, I just rolled the dice also :eek:. Really, with pay pal the worst case scenario would be a bit of time/hassle getting reimbursed in the event of a ripoff. If this one is as good as the 22mm version, it will be nice to only have to refill every hour instead of 30 minutes. Phenomenal atty but wow what a juice hog...:D

It's not about "inconvenience", it's about trusting a vendor and knowing that they are telling the truth about the products they sell. If you do not have an item "in stock", do not tell me that you do. You said this item was in stock, and would ship in 24 hours. Now I see that both of those statements were false, and now I have no trust in your company. And I don't purchase from vendors that I don't trust...

Cancel and refund email sent and dispute opened in Pay pal.

FT still has them for $26 with code MAP, so I ordered there. Won't ship for 2 weeks, but at least they don't lie about having it in stock.

Order status at vapingproduct now shows "refunded", but the money is not back in my Pay pal account. So they haven't actually made a refund, just changed the order status on their website.

This vendor sucks ass. On the 11th I can escalate my dispute with pay pal to a claim, and I will get my money back.

I canceled my order, and your website indicated that my order status was Refunded. Now I get an email stating that my order cannot be canceled because it has already shipped. I find it curious that you were able to change my order status from "updating" to "refunded" during the power failure.

edit - just checked your website again and order status is still "refunded". I understand that things happen, and a power failure is beyond your control, but explain to me why this has not been corrected.

Hi AlbyKortoona thanks for your messages, have checked for you, let me explain why the status under your account is changing but didn't receive the refund.

The first stauts is "processing" when we received your order and the second status is we change it manually to "updaing" when we record the order to our order list and plan to send it out when the stock arrives. The third "refunded" is when you disputed the order through paypal, the order stauts will change to "refunded" automaticially no matter we have refunded or not.

And currently let me solve the problem for you, the limitless plus stock have arrived and all pre orders have sent out including yours, the tracking number should be mailed to all customers and tracking info should be online in about 24-48 hours at most. may i ask do you still want to cancel the order since you have opened the dispute, if you confirm it, we will try to ask out shipping company to get the package back and then refund for you asap. if the package has left, sorry we can not ask it back but can still cancel it for you when you receive it and contact us to return. and another, hope you don't cancel it because the package is the on the way. and sorry about the shipping delay because the new products usually meet some shipping problems, the stock arrival date is changing sometimes by the official suppliers. and we also would like to do some compensation for you for this inconvenience and we value all customers though we are still new. we would like to send a extra tank or battery to you if you would like to accept it. and also we are always looking for some good reviewers for our products, if you are interested, we would like to provide the review samples from time to time. just drop a email to us if you or other VU members are interested. thanks and hope this can solve the problem for you.

That is not like any tracking number I have ever seen. I would say they made another mistake there. Wave the magic "@" wand and see if you can conjure them up again to fix it...

And thank you for the detailed reply on your procedures Vapingproduct. As I stated in return email, let the item go if it is already shipped. And your offer of compensation is smart, a lot of vendors seem to think saying "I'm sorry" is enough. That said, I will decline on the free stuff and have no desire to do any reviews.

Ya know what they say when you assume. I was given a tracking number, it still has not reached the "acceptance" stage of the Chinese postal service. Which means it has not left the vaporproduct "facility" (a drop ship website I suspect).

Or do we care about other members, I know there are a couple of members here that I would not attempt to help no matter what. I give people the benefit of doubt for a couple weeks, especially when items are shipping from China. English is not her language, so there could be miscommunication. If don't receive the product in a couple weeks, I'll stop payment.

Seems to be a cultural thing. I've encountered the same sort of thing a lot on AliExpress. They don't seem to understand that western buyers expect honesty in a transaction and won't tolerate nonsense. I used to know a Chinese fellow that moved here from Taiwan many years ago (his family was originally from mainland China) and he once told me the same sort of thing, that the Chinese way is to lie and cheat in business and when caught say, "so sorry. I make mistake".

I'll never order from them again, and would warn other people against them.

However, my package has now been accepted by USPS and shows in tracking - that took somewhat longer than the 24 hours advertised.

Hi All, If you have any questions for getting the tracking number or trakcing info, would you pls let me know, because once we send out the package, the tracking info will be online in about 24 hours on Chinese tracking site here: 17track.net because this site is a Chinese language site and the tracking info is in Chinese so we usually send the usps.com instead because the tracking info will be also shown on usps.com later. There might be a delay for the trakcing info show on usps.com because it took a little time for the info to update from 17track system to usps system, but the package is on the way, no worry about it. any questions, just contact us at any time, we are glad to help and solve the problem.

@AmandaD you may want to delete all references of that paypal transaction number from the thread. IMHO its personal info and even though you postedit first, it maybe able to be used by hackers - i am clueless - just know i wouldnt want one of my paypal transaction number son a forum

The only reason this refund happened is because Pay Pal carries a big stick. I learned the hard way using a personal debit/credit card. The stop payment fee ended up being almost as much as the undelivered item. Not going to hold my breath waiting for the free tank to arrive, but in the unlikely event that it does, I will find someone to give it to.
