This does look very tasty. I ONLY have CA Coconut (all I want, cool with warnings), what would be a comparable percentage? Perhaps 1.5 times?

FA Coconut brings mostly a buttery effect to this, can't really detect any Coconut taste.
CAP is way different IMO, if anything I'd use less, or replace it with a Butter flavor.

I couldn't remember if I'd actually used 0.25% or 0.5% today when I made 120mls, so went with the 0.5% - hope it works out okay LOL
I'm sure it will be fine. If anything it will be nice and fluffy. I've been using .5-.75% depending. It's nice to hear you like it enough to make 120mls. Thanks.

I have to assume it's the wattage and/or atomizer that @Heabob uses because I get a lot of coconut from this.

Strange cause I've only ever got a buttery taste from FA Coconut.
Never tried it at higher amounts tho.
You guys must be running sub-ohms, only thing I can think of.
Got a couple other brands of Coconut flavors I've never really used, I might have to try them out too.
Got me curious now as it may just be a flavor I can't taste properly.

Nah, you know me Heabob. I'm a MTL vaper. I know when it's mixed with nut flavors, it definitely has a buttery taste, but in this mix, at the percentage it's used, I definitely get coconut.

Hmm, must have some broken taste receptors somewhere:(.

Creme Brulee (testing)

Certainly doesn't wow me like many others do.(2%)
Not enough Eggy, Custard, Vanilla, Cream, or sweetness.
Can't really tell what it's trying to be.

Actually thought I'd taste it more using at that high of an amount.
That's a real bummer. It's my fave coconut. It's not an IN YOUR FACE flavor, but it's perfect for me. You should try samples of the others you have.

Yeah, I figure it's a wattage thing. I was vaping the Coconut Almond Cookie recipe at 45-50 watts. I think I've seen you post here and there what wattage you vape at and it's fairly low in comparison from what I recall.

EDIT: Still though.... 2.25% is fairly high and I'd think you'd taste at least some coconut.

I'm a low wattage vaper, above 1 ohm, so I don't get it. His coconut taste bud broke. :(

It surprises me that you don't. I normally use FA Coconut at 1%, sometimes 1.5%, and I definitely get the coconut from this mix.
i dont taste coconut either,, its always been buttery for me,, and seriously throwing me off with other fruits.

Hey Squonk, how much INW Shisha Vanilla would you recommend adding to this recipe. Would 0.5% be enough or would you go as far as 1%? Gonna mix some of this up in the next few days

I will try this again with the shisha addition. I made this once before and didn't care for it but my flavors may have been old. I have good ones now. I have so much fluid made right now I don't know when I will be done. At only 10 mls per day I have to get to it. Hope it lasts.

It just might be something your buds don't care for. Please let me know if you mix it again with the new stuff and what you think on the second time around.

Wow... if you give this recipe a week, it's outstanding.

The depth and weight after a steep, does benefit.

Buttery velvet smooth cookie.

Made up 120ml of this last week, and it ended up being a huge hit among my friends. They have been hounding me all weekend to make more.

Thanks, I think. Well done.

coconut 3%---packing quite a bit of butter flavor
marzipan 1%
cookie 4%--->>5% next time
mixed this up again,, added 1% biscuit....first time for me and the biscuit.

this is one of my 'watched threads'.. pretty much anything Squonk makes :)

i bought a 'power juicer/frother thing' to replace my mini electric mixer/chopper..... its still trying to settle down............turned that batch floamy white big time.

making bigger batches as i go.. preparing juice for a road trip to my sons wedding

edit---------looks like my taste buds really are coming back,, i had to dilute the whole recipe by 20% because it was too strong...........that's a win!

Just mixed this and tried it on my dripper, it's delicious straight out the gate! I'm gonna leave it a few days to really meld together as I think it will improve further. My first mix using inawera and I'm pretty impressed. I also got the shisha strawberry as I intend to mix your strawberry ice cream too.
I made a smaller sample with the suggestion of swapping the almond for the strawberry but I think I prefer the original recipe. Thanks for your work gonna enjoy this one. I do still love FA Coconut.
Nice one Squonk.

I made this a bit different with amazing results. Made 100ml liked it so much.....

Coconut (FA) 2.5%
Almond (FA) 1%
Cookie Butter (FW) 1%
Biscuit (INW) 1%
Vanilla Milkshake 1%

I used what I had on hand. I don't know who makes the vanilla milkshake, it was given to me by a friend who owns the local vape shop. The bottle is not original and just has Vanilla Milkshake written in sharpie. Wish I knew, it's a really good mixer I like a lot!

Chugging on this one now. Added the touch of Shisha Vanilla as recommended. Nice work Squonk! Doughy, biscuity, macaroony yumminess!

I own most of the flavours, except INW Biscuit and Shisha Vanilla.

What kind of flavours could i use instead? I am a big fan of coconut so I'd love to try this one.

FA Cookie would work, but it's not quite as buttery as INW Biscuit. (it's my FAVE FA flavor, though). You can mix it without the vanilla at all, see if you think it needs anything. If so, maybe try FA vanilla classic? Pretty sure I mixed this without the vanilla option.

You may need to use the FA Cookie at 2% cause it's a bit weaker than Biscuit.
Most any Vanilla should work, but again, most are a bit weaker than the Shisha IMO.

Hey Huckleberried. My son came to visit for a week, then I went up to Lakeland(FL) to help him move. Now he has his own pad. Watch out girls of Lakeland.:bliss: I'm finally getting back on track.
