UTAH ONLINE SALES PROHIBITION

I still do not understand how this can even be legal. To pass a law against a consumer product that has no proof of harm? I think the residents of UTAH could easily win a class action suit against the state for passing a law that could literally kill them. If nothing else, they could sue them for interference of commerce which is against the law. There is NO and I repeat NO credible studies in which electronic cigarettes create any harm to the user or bystanders. As a matter of fact, even if they did cause harm to the user, that still is no reason to pass these draconian laws. If we are going to outlaw everything that is bad for us, we might as well all stay in a clean filter air home for the rest of our lives. Do not breathe the air outside, do not drive, do not eat anything but home grown vegetables, do not drink anything but natural spring water, do not work, etc.
Too much more of this happens and I can see representatives in our government starting to get assassinated on a daily basis. This is going to stop somehow, whether blood has to be spilled or not is up to the politicians.
I believe I could give up vaping and quit all together if need be, but I will not do it because some bureaucratic tells me I have to. They can shove it. I really feel for the folks in UTAH. This situation really SUCKS!
