FV Lime - 1%
FV Coconut - .75%
TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - 4%

I managed to stay outa this for four whole days before I caved...lol! I know a nice long steep would only make it better, but right now I'm sucking it down like it's my last vape......DREAMY!!
Made another batch this morning, but subbed FV Vanilla Custard for VBIC....I can hardly wait to taste!!

I have got to remember to order some Vanilla Ice Cream flavorings.

I have creams and even vanilla but I doubt I could make that work.
I rarely use the dairys so it's a matter of inexperience.

That CocoLime reminds me of a recipe I got here (who dammit?), in fact I'm about to knock out another 30ml... Mango, Mandarin, Coconut, Lime.

I haven't thought of giving it the "smoothie" treatment (that's near the extent of my dairy usage) but maybe the next batch I'll try it... or cut some out if this batch comes out well.

Can you share that recipe?

I don't use one, it's all FA and I'm familiar enough with the drop size from the bottles that I just freehand it into the bottle and top it off with my pre-mixed base.

But most of our simple recipes are like that.
If I gave you the ingredients and asked you to make a fruit salad, you wouldn't ask how much of each to add... you'd make it to your taste preferences, maybe getting a little adventurous with the dragonfruit (what the hell does that stuff taste like anyway?). :p

But if you insist... give me a minute to see if the thread is still in my post history (I'm one who had their posts mistakenly deleted). Hang on...

Can I sub FV lime for something FA(Flavorart)?
You can try it, maybe distilled at a higher percentage, but it wouldn't taste the same. I'm just now experimenting with some Flavorahs as I can afford them, but their flavors are very distinctive. I tried it with Inawera lime, which is an excellent flavor, but it just wasn't the same.

Turns out it's your "Florida Sunrise" that was the jumping off point for my trimmed down version (no raspberry) with added Lime CP.
I don't recall what I was playing with at the time that had me add Lime, nor is there a discussion of it in that thread. Oh well... it happened and it works.

Can't believe I remembered what you named it, or I'd never have found the thread again. :)

I glad you like it. I like the lime twist. I haven't made that one in awhile.
Lime you say.... Hmmmm

*Note to self*

When mixing into the bottle with the much stronger FlavorArt flavorings and it piddles* across your hand... DO NOT TREAT IT LIKE FINISHED E-JUICE AND LICK IT.

(especially if it's not fruit but rather tobacco flavor  )

:p

* turns out... the 30ml bottles from NicRiver are much easier to squeeze than the little original FA 10mls.

Hmmm...sounds like I have to find some room in my small garden to plant more Lime Basil plants!
(For a future cold PG maceration extract try)

Thanks for the idea!

I made a lime cheesecake with it about three weeks ago, mixed it at 3% with Caps v1 and CGC. I still can't taste anything but lime, but it's tasty anyway. Next time I'm using 1-1.5%. ;)

Is that candy-ish or more natural?

The INW Shisa Lime I have is also Very Strong. It's one of the few flavors I have from them that they packaged in a Glass bottle. It too is also natural and not candy-ish.

I've used it in mixing a Rum & Coke w/lime juice. One drop per 10ml makes the result more like a Lime w/Rum & Coke juice.

More notably, what set-ups am I not vaping on? My favorite tanks/rtas in rotation are the Griffin and Crius, and also a newly acquired Boreas, definitely direct lung sub ohm, with sometimes kanthal/sometimes nichrome coils in the .2-.5 range, and generally around my "sweet spot" of 82w. It's a smooth but rich creamy lime flavor in any of them, very good as a shake and vape, but about a week in the desk drawer really brings that VBIC out like a velvety cream.. ;)

Hi Teresa P :wave:Griffin and Crius. I stopped buying RTAs after those two came into my life.

No, not since I figured out that it needs to be inverted after filling, then open the afc to "burp" it, then turn back upright. Not an issue at all for this flavor and air flow. ;)
