If you're asking how to turn it on, you need to press the fire button 5 times in under 3 seconds to power on/off.

I tried to help too. I even posted a link to the Smoktech site of a starter kit that may have been it.
If not it would have been on that site somewhere.

I hope she didn't get discouraged and give up on trying to switch though. :(

Only so much you can do. I really was just intrigued by the headline. I thought it was going to be some funny story about people walking into a cloudy room or something. Then I read the question and was left scratching my head. I know the owners manuals of all the mods suck, but they do tell how to turn it off and on, so...o_O

Just glad we didn't have to explain battery safety. :giggle:
