So I recently accepted a new job grinding and polishing welds, and different types of metals. I had to undergo a Pre-employment health screen. Part of which was a lung capacity/breathing test. I was a pack a day smoker for a little over ten years, I've been strictly vaping, not one cigarette for over a year now. We'll the test results showed I now have the lung capacity and breathing of a non-smoker or someone who has never smoked.
