Just saw that TPA has released a new version of Honeydew. All that I can ascertain is that it's cheaper than the original. If anyone tries it, can you report what you think of it?
I've been trying to duplicate Dewwy Boba for a while and haven't been able to get a close match for the honeydew. Obviously they do t use this one, as its brand new, but hoping it may be a good one.

Hey Dready ... don't know if you've seen this or not but I remembered you wanted a Dewwy Boba clone so here ya' go! I haven't tried it myself so I don't know if it's any good or not but it might be worth a shot.

Hey NGA, thanks! I saw that and tried it... It's pretty darn close to the Dewwy, although lacks any tea flavoring. My mission has been to clone the Manggo & Thai versions. Still incorporating my notes from this version you shared into them. Hopefully I can get close enough shortly to post the recipe with some confidence ;)

I wondered about that too when I saw the recipe ... it's supposed to be a milk tea yet had no tea flavoring.

Looking forward to trying your recipe when you are happy with it. I'm sure it's already better than you give yourself credit for however. ;)

I've tried both TFA honeydews.

The new one is def more artificial tasting. It tastes similar to Capellas Honeydew. TFA Honeydew has a natural extract that costs "too much" to produce (I asked customer service, who are some really nice people). TFA Honeydew is a great realistic flavor, and I love it because it's so strong. TFA Honeydew II is not as sharp, and has less depth. It's more like a soft honeydew bubblegum. I'm personally not a fan.

Hmmm, I have TFA Honeydew in a basket on one site, must double check which version it is.

I looks like the II version also doesn't contain Ethyl Alcohol... I don't know... I just got mine from Wizard Labs and I like it, whichever version it is.

*Edit... It's the original one... I don't think they had the second version when I made my order or I didn't see it.

I can't stand original tfa honeydew. Super strong and never could get right. Also stays on my coils.

It's super concentrated. I'd recommend < 3%, 2% if you're mixing. And it will always been the top flavor unless you use a really really low %. But yeah lol it does stay on your coils.
