Anyone ever notice that some juices glow...

under a UV/black light?

I got a little pocket UV flashlight a while ago to play around with (its exactly what you think its for lol), and was shining it around and noticed that when it hit my tank, the juice inside was glowing. Shining it on the bottles, and sure enough, most of them were glowing.

Not really anything important I guess, just thought it was cool. Id be interested to know which ingredient is causing the glow. Its not nicotine, PG, or VG, as all my juice has those ingredients and not all of them glow, so I imagine its some of the flavorings. It might be some custard or cream flavoring, as those are the ones that seem to light up the most (though some of them dont).

Assuming the liquids that typically show up under black lights I would say it has to be the flavoring. Are the flavors that glow coil gunkers? Might be the sweetener in them. Or as you said, custards and creams.

My concern would be how cloudy it is as well. I've been vaping for 4+ years and had juice from 100's of different vendors... never had one that glowed or that was that cloudy. I'd love to know what juice that is?

The juice in the photo is Verde Valley Vapes "Blueberry Custard". Its not cloudy, its just the glow making it look like that. Juice that is crystal clear and light gold turns very cloudy opaque and slime green when you hit it with the UV light. Its interesting as hell lol.

Unless that one whack job reverend was on to something but instead of Starbucks flavouring their coffee with "the semen of homosexuals" it was ejuice companies.

I'm not shitting you, there really is a guy who thinks Starbucks uses homosexual ejaculate to flavour its coffee. I'll find a link and edit it in.

I work at a Starbucks distribution center, and I can attest to the homosexual semen syrup. Like everything else at Starbucks, its hand made with pride....and lots and lots of shame.
