There's actually an rba deck out for the Nautilus. I did have the v1 of it and it was pretty much a fail, but the new v2 looks very promising and I ordered 5 from eBay (only place you can get them ATM).

I need to get one of those immediately. Thanks!

I would think that a smart person would sell nicotine extracted from tomato plants. It couldn't be called a tobacco product then. I would suspect the FDA would then rewrite the wording to read "nicotine" products. Well this would present interesting issues. Now nicotine products would now have to include, what, about 90% of the vegetables that we eat. I don't think it likely that this would go over very well.

What we're seeing is what basically comes down to the FDA now writing laws that we all have to be subject to. The last I checked, I do believe that the Constitution gives the right to enact legislation only and exclusively to the Congress. Let me see..... Oh here -
http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/constitution_transcript.html
So according to what I'm hearing, no bill was introduced to either house stating the rules the FDA is shoving down our throats, hasn't passed both houses like article one states it must do, hasn't been signed into law by the executive branch, or vetoed and then passed by 2/3's of the house. But due to biases of an entitled aphabet organization chief, we have no choice but to accept this as the law of the land, completely bypassing how the Constitution clearly states how laws need to be passed. I believe that whether you are a vaper or not, this should piss you off. I can understand the FDA mandating policies about underage sales, mandating childproofing on the packaging, but infringing upon the rights of us adult individuals to explore ways to improve our lifestyle and our health is, in my opinion, the FDA grossly overstepping their authority. People need to recognize this for what it is. It's an attack against a grass roots, free enterprise by big business and big government. This is how we should be presenting our argument. Most people already have formed an opinion about vaping making it very difficult to sway them. And a lot of people are very ardently opinionated on both sides of the issue. So instead of trying to get people to understand what we already know about how vaping saved our lives, we should be taking a tact on how government is stepping on us, not just vapers, but on all of us. I don't need government stepping into my life to protect me from myself, especially since I probably just added 15+ years to my life expectancy without them doing anything at all.

Great post!!

So have they ruled that 0 nicotine juice is a tobacco product as well? If not then I imagine a few companies will pay the regulation bullshit for a flavorless nicotine that you can just add to juice yourself. I don't see how they could possibly ban the devices as long as they aren't explicitly marketed as ecigs. Call them aroma therapy devices as a work around. We all know that it would be plenty illegal for companies to sell drug paraphernalia but head shops around the country legally sell bongs as tobacco pipes. I've seen brass knuckles in a package that says belt buckle before...

Are you stocking up? If so, what do you plan to buy in the next two years?

I did buy more nic today.

Mods still concern me a bit. I think I should add some 2-4 battery mechs.
I haven't really put much thought into it, still lamenting over the whole situation :(

I'm trying to do a little hoarding..........not much, just a few things & some nic. Got 3 orders in from 3 different companies, 1 US and 2 China. Funny thing though, since the orders were placed, one of them 14 days ago, I get nothing. No updates, no shipping, nothing. They all show everything in stock on their web sites. Seems like they're either too busy to bother with anything other than the bank deposit, or a whole bunch of folks are gonna get screwed over many times and from many fronts.

It's gonna be so easy to prey on the hoarders right now.

I put my nic in amber glass bottles (because glass won't break do9wn chemically and amber color keeps out light) and in the freezer. . If you spray argon into it before capping, it displaces the oxygen. Since argon is heavier than oxygen, it keeps most of the oxygen out while you put the cap on. Especially useful for whichever bottle of nicotine that you are currently using. This is the same thing restaurants do for opened bottles of wine. The theory is that it will help to preserve your nicotine, just as it helps the restaurants keep that partial bottle of wine for the next time a customer orders a glass of that same wine.

This isn't the only option for argon, but what I just recently bought on Amazon was this

I've been looking at the Hohm Wrecker G2 for a regulated mod, how you liking it? Also I'd get a few RBA decks for the Crown, I've got two. Two in use and two in with my FDApocolypse kit.

Me I did have a dozen Mech Mod's up to last night until my Mutant V2 got lifted at the nudie bar.. Sucks, but o'well teaches me what "not" to bring out when I'm planning on tearing it up ya know...... Plus side is I found a spot that still had some in stock today, I really like that Mod.

Got an order in at 3fvape, it's now been 3 weeks, but everything shows in stock on their site. Another one is at efun.top and the last is with Nude Nicotine. I'm thinking of an order at Fasttech, but before I give anyone else some money I'd like to feel like something is getting done. I would hate to be a retailer trying to wrap things up before the storm troopers arrive.

They've probably been swamped now that the box has been opened. A little info would be calming though.

I've ordered from all 3 and efun was a little slow, but not that slow.

Maybe the items were pre-order and you didn't notice? I'd certainly be checking order history on the sites and seeing what's going on, if you haven't already. I've never ordered from Nude or 3f, but haven't ever heard of there being a problem with 'em.

Of all things, is nic the one thing that should be stocked up on?

Nicotine is the one big common thing for all vapers and smokers. They're going to find they are unable to effectively and completely regulate almost everything else. Too easy to create a power source and an atomizer. Even regulating the e-liquid will be difficult since so many know how to DIY. Maybe not on the retail level, but for those that want, all of these things can be easily created. Nic, on the other hand, can be easily controlled (to a point; consider the war on drugs).

Finally did get a shipping notice/tracking number from Nude Nic. If everything continues on its present course, having a small nic stash is simply peace of mind.

IMO, nic, attys and mods. RDAs wouldn't be hard to make if you have access to a machine shop, but I'm guessing most people don't. Mods are fairly easy to make if you have soldering skills. I'm quite sure the black market will flourish with Hexohm type and unregulated mods. I'm nearly certain we will be able to get wire, batteries, VG, PG and flavorings, so I'm not stocking up on those.

I have bought:

* Nic
* Attys and replacement glass for my RTAs
* Mods, although I will turn dead regulated ones into unregulated ones if it becomes necessary. I have several mech mods as well.
* 510 connectors. They tend to be the weak point on mods, plus I can use them if I make some mods.

I'm over a dozen mechs now so I'm good there. I've got redundancy on my favorite RTA's and RDA'S like the Boreas, Modfather, Griffin, Velocity, Lycan, X1, etc. Got my freezer stocked with 100mg nic and also a variety of regulated Mod's. Got the base equipment for mixing juice and a shit load of wire and tools.

I just need to get some 510 pins and a couple more liters of 100mg nic to have a comfortable amount of wiggle room.

I've also planted the seeds with a well equipped shop to make some Mod's and RDA'S. Yes I'm pretty sure that there's going to be a very active vaping underground and network.

I picked up another Boreas, a Merlin, a Diablo, a Sig 213, an RX200S, a Lucifer series mech, a BF Velocity V2, a couple bottles of premium juice I been wanting to try, and another 8 VTC4s here lately. Only the Boreas and Diablo have landed so far, hoping to have everything by the end of the week.

Went on a bit of a shopping spree lately, but more so due to some awesome deals rather than vape apocalypse. Grabbed 12 MXJO 3000mah's, another Efest Luc Blu6, 2 Kepler Apache's, 2 Billow v3's, 2 Griffin 25's, 2 Smok TF-RTA G2's, an Avocado 24, an Original Tsunami, a bunch of various wire from Lightning Vapes (25' of fused clapton's, 25' clapton, 100' feet kanthal and 100' SS 316L) and scored some 125 ml's of various juice from different vendors. All mostly from Memorial Day sales or some sweet eBay pricing.

Still on the fence with possibly grabbing an iJoy Limitless RDTA, Boreas and/or Aromamizer Supreme.

Not as concerned about stocking up just yet due to the pending regulations since we still have a couple months before the "end of the world". Still not sure about what's going on with the August 8th deadline and I'll figure out what I'll stock up on as we get closer to that date but from talking to a few of my vape stores, the info they received they can still sell online after August 8th during the 2 years that the industry has to get compliant, it will just be items currently on the market up to that date and nothing new and they haven't been instructed that they can only do in store ID checks.

All these stores do e-commerce so they're doing their due diligence to make sure they stay legal during that timeframe. They think that STS may be panicking a bit early regarding in person age verification but who knows, maybe they're blowing vapor up my arse.

Glass tubes should be easy enough to get Roxy. Here's a company that will make any size with a minimum order of $45. And they can always be made out of metal too. We'll lose the ability to see through them, but a SS tube will never break :)
