Survey on e-cigarettes

Hi all,

I'm doing a project for my Uni on electronic cigarettes. I would really apprecite if you answer my survey. It has 10 question and only takes 2 mins to do it.

Done, one thing though, that last question, the "ban entirely indoors" seems a little loaded. Publically indoors I think it should be treated the same as smoking, but in that I think the legal ban of that at bars is simply dumb and unjust. Especially considering there is a loop hole that many bars use to allow it. Should I be allowed to vape in the supermarket line? No, but there are situations it should be allowed indoors... like lets say a vape shop. Change that 'entirely' into a 'most places' and my answer goes from strongly disagree to strongly agree...

(I realize coming up with good survey questions can be tough, I just felt this was worth commenting on for your own information not to try and rip you or anything)

Yeap , that last question is a doozie. If one agrees that not good, if someone disagrees thats also not good.

Every other question is pretty straight forward ,( though I dont understand what gender and ethnicity has to do with vaping, ) Since I cant answer the last one without leaning things , I cant take part.

Because if anyone ( like me says tobacco) then it adds fire to the anti tobacco side.
And if anyone says anything other than tobacco they use it to say that making anything taste like pleasurable things, then ecigs are seducing people.

Well if you don't want it ENTIRELY banned indoors you have to disagree. If the word 'entirely' wasn't there I'd have put agreed, not strongly agreed as I do think it should be banned at most places indoors... anyways yeah it's a tricky one.

And yeah the word should be changed from "Smoke" you don't "smoke" a vape, you're not lighting anything on fire (unless you're doing things very wrong).

I have to agree with everyone else. On that last question you are going to get a lot of "strongly disagree" answers mainly because of the use of the word entirely. You may have to take that into account when analyzing the survey data. Like JERUS, I don't have a problem with not vaping in a supermarket but it would be nice to be able to vape in a vape shop or vapers convention without being hassled. Unfortunately I live in the Peoples Republic of New Jersey where sadly that is not allowed.

We need more info from the OP. What kind of project? For what university? Is this to be published? How will the answers that are selected by vapors be use and for what, if anything? But, since OP isn't responding to anything mentioned here, nope.

I did, however, participate in the survey provided by CASAA. I know what they're about.

I would first like to know the WHO, WHAT & WHY first before any of us answers these questions.

So OP let us know truthfully what you are doing here and I will edit this:

PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS SURVEY UNTIL MORE INFO IS RELEASED ABOUT IT.

Think about how you'd feel if you saw this headline: "Survey shows that EVEN VAPERS want vaping banned indoors"
