I sometimes need something super stealthy and small, yet more powerful than my Halo Triton. I thought about the Ego One Mini, that seems like the best choice, but does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!

Do you have a budget? Do you need TC and/or do you want it to be sub ohm capable? MTL or direct inhale?

If it has to be something REALLY small like a pen I would suggest Smiss Mini Bond+
Take a look at the list of the best vape pen kits
IMHO, any mod larger than 20mm should be considered a tube mod. My PEN batteries are all 18-20 mm in width. (i.e. the MJ Tech Ola X and Tesla Spider II that is in my avatar photo. Both have the Nauti Mini on top).

Id say get a Mini Volt or a Nugget mod, and either get the kit with the tank included, or splurge on a Moonshot RTA for it. Personally I like it with the Moonshot for a couple reasons. You have more flexibility in what ohm and coil type you use, in what wicking you want to use, and how tight or loose you want it. Plus, you can take that Moonshot and build it high for the small mod, or build it super low for a high watt mod. Youve only got 2ml cap in the Moonshot, but for a 40-50watt max mod its not an issue. Mine lasts all day on 1 tank.

Both have internal batteries, MiniVolt is 1300mah and Nugget is 1000mah, so battery life is an issue if you max the wattage and use it as your main mod, but if you just use it as a pocket stealth mod for an occassional puff in places where you cant really take a big box mod, its not a big problem. My battery in the MiniVolt will carry me through most if not all of a work day.

They are both roughly the exact same size. Height and width wise they are the same, and the Nugget is just a mm or so thinner than the MiniVolt. Both are just uber small. I regularly carry my MiniVolt in the little coin/lighter pocket that is above the regular right side pocket of most jeans. Fits perfectly in there comfortably in most pairs of jeans I own.

If you want the smallest possible mod, youre gonna want one or the other or both. I have the Mini Volt and love it, and have the Nugget arriving soon :)

You don't need mega wattage. you said that you're an 'MTL' vaper, so you CAN and SHOULD be vaping at lower wattages. That means you can stay with small (stealth) mods and still enjoy long battery life. It's only those wishing to produce clouds (non-stealth) that typically need higher wattage devices.

With that said, there are in fact a LOT of tiny little mods (both internal battery and 18350 based sticks) that should suit you just fine. If you build your own (RDA/RTA) atomizers, then I would suggest the Goblin Nano RTA's. They make for a really stealthy tank, and are perfect for MTL vapers.

Here's my two favorite stealth setups (in front of a deck of cards for size comparison).
Goblins-800.jpg
COV Mini Volt with Goblin Nano in black, and a SMPL 18350 with Goblin Nano in stainless. Between the two, I can stealth vape (and flavor swap back and forth) all day long... no problems with power consumption.

Finally, I'm not sure if you mix your own juice. If not, you SHOULD. A key part of stealth vaping that few have discussed is cloud production. You want minimal or no clouds at all. Blowing clouds in public places is NOT stealthy, and the jerks who do it, are the reason why vaping gets banned.

While at home, I vape 50/50 VG/PG at between 3 and 6mg. For my stealth mods, I mix at 100% PG (makes almost no clouds), and I bump up to about 9mg nicotine. This means I can take smaller hits, hold my breath for a few seconds, and exhale NOTHING. No tell-tale clouds at all.

I frequently vape in stores, restaurants, theaters, malls and in the homes of friends and family. As long as there's no clouds... nobody cares. They don't see the mod, and they don't see clouds, so there's really nothing to whine about (except maybe a slight Skittles scent).

I really love the look of the goblin. I usually only use premade coils, but i might have to learn some simple stuff and get a goblin! What is SMPL?

What is SMPL?

The 'SMPL' mod... most pronounce it 'simple', as it is also probably the simplest mechanical mod on the market. They're also quite compact. You can get them for most battery sizes (18350, 18500, 18650, 26650). The 18350 battery is quite small, so the mods designed around them are the smallest out there. If you plan on going with a mech mod, just make sure you know what you're doing (making coils with a resistance to suit the amps you're getting from the battery).

Also try googling 'Le Petit Gros mod'. It is quite small as well, and I have a couple (lower right corner of this pic):
Fave15-Sm-600.jpg
If I can enclose and hide it in my fist, I consider it a "stealth" mod. The 6 in front qualify.

I got excited about the CoV mini thing I got, but I only ever used it a handful of times. Works great, but sits in a box in a cabinet, lol.

I looked at an AIO, still too big/heavy for me for daily use (shirt pocket/stealth).
My Kanger e-smart is perfect for that.. its a great MTL, and when I vape 50/50 and dont exhale (can inhale still) my breath for 15 secs or so.. no cloud at all.. perfect. Its the same length/width as a pen. May need to carry a second with you depending on the style/length of your day.

A great one is the I care by eleaf. Small. Good vapor. No buttons. Runs by draw. The charge lasts all day and it's only 20 to 30 bucks

My votes for a juul style vape pen. I have a juul & a myjet by myvape (made by wismec). Pair the myjet with an ejuice with nicotine salts (25 or 45mg) ! Perfect MTL stealthy vape. Really scratches the nic itch. like others have said, if you hold the vapor in a bit, hardly any vapor is exhaled. $20-30 for the myjet, $20 for a five pack of refillable pods & $20 for a bottle of nic salt ejuice ("mr salt e" eliquid or "fill my pod" ejuice). I smoked for 20 years & have been vaping for the last two years. My current setup (my jet/nic salts) is REALLY satisfying! I also can hang the myjet from my mouth while driving & doing other activities like I use to do with a cigarette. You also will get that nic buzz we all remember from smoking "stinkies". FYI these juices I'm recommending are 70/30 vg/pg & wismec recommends 60/40, so if you do decide to go this route, take slower draws & allow the cotton to "re juice" itself or you'll burn up the cotton. It is possible to rewick the pod tho. A quick YouTube search will help you out tho. Heck I just wrote this whole post MTLing hanging this myjet from my mouth. & No I don't work for myvapor or wismec, I'm just really impressed by this setup. Hope this helps.

Although this thread is over a year old since the last post, I still have a few istick 30 watt mods that you can hide in the palm of your hand, been using them for over two years and the built-in batteries are still going strong.
