Stand alone flavors

I know that Flavor is subjective, however I'm seeking popular opinions on this one. Are there any flavor concentrates that are "blow your mind good" when used either stand alone or mixed with simply 1 or 2 more to make them better? By good I mean just as good as the 30ml for $20 at the b&m.

I'm asking this due to an example that I just stumbled upon recently. I have TFA peanut butter. It's pretty decent. I then stumbled onto the "peanut butter blackout" recipe on Reddit. You take TFA peanut butter, then add small amounts of 6 or 7 other ingredients to it. Which made a better peanut butter, but still a peanut butter at the end of the day.

I guess I'm looking for a way around this. Are there any stand alone flavors or simple mixes that are "on that level"? Or do standalone/ simple mixes just produce mediocre juice, with no way around that?

Personally, I've never vaped anything that has "blown my mind" by how good it is. In fact, I don't know if I've ever ate or drank anything that I would describe like that either.

I've tried several flavors from The Flavorer's Apprentice that are good enough to stand alone, but I usually mix them anyway. Here's a few off the top of my head:
Bavarian Creme (it also mixes well with just about anything)
Vanilla Swirl
Horchata (but it's VERY strong. I use 2% max)
Cranberry
Juicy Peach
Apricot

I'm sure I'm missing a few.

Geez, I wondered what happened to the thread I tried to reply to earlier -- when I finished typing and hit submit, it told me the thread no longer existed.:mad:

So I'll try to summarize what I said, though I can't recall it word for word -- basically, TFA Banana Nut Bread is great standalone, I used it at 11%, and I found it even better if I also used 1% TFA sweetener, though I have a huge sweet tooth, and others might find it better without any additional sweetener.

I would say mixes with just 2-4 flavors can be very good. But it just takes some patience and trial/error to get those percents just right.

Taste and preferance is subjective. Sometimes I am very happy with the 2-3 flavor mixes with fruit because I don't want all the weighted layers of gramcracker, vanilla, and all the bakery type stuff.

If you want blow your mind....well it just depends on what your brain wants. I do think for that you may need 6-9 flavors.

My adv is surprisingly simple. TFA watermelon at 10%, 50/50 pg/vg ratio. Sometimes to spice it up I'll add a little Koolada, or menthol. My other is just straight menthol at 5%. Again 50/50. However, that menthol is particularly strong so if you don't really like menthol it isn't for you.

An other good one is Loranne Banana Cream at 12-14% (depends on the batch it seems), EM to taste but I generally don't add any. Has a very "runty" banana flavor. Quite candy like. But I like candy flavors.

Been playing with a Peach Cream Saver flavor. Not perfected just yet.

I've got one one here somewhere called "peachwi cream " that is pretty simple. Should be in the recipes section.

Personally I find very few flavors that are good by themselves. However, there are a few.
Blueberry Muffin by Flavorah (3-5%)
Mojito by TFA (5%)
Shirley Temple by FW (2-5%)
Wild Melon by Flavorah (3-5%)
There are some others but I can't remember off the top of my head. I did a video about this specific topic if you wanted to check it out on YT under this name.

Caps vannila custard v1 is amazing with caps sweet strawberry... either one is also good with caps ny cheese cake or caps graham cracker or sweet cream.... any mixture of 2 of those or 3 or all together will work.... for me anyway.
I have caps creamy yogurt on the way will probably try it out with sweet strawberry first... maybe with a pinch of graham cracker... i dont know... something will come to me.
