I know this is probably a repost but still..... Who else on here is having an issue with Fasttech shipping? Ive been waiting on my order for almost 20 BUSINESS days now. And its been stuck in XAIMEN CHINA since the 27th with zero update. Anyone have any info on this at all??? This is getting rediculous tbh. There customer service offered nothing outside of wait.

btw i chose the USPS shipping with e-packet (what ever that is) and i was told shipping would be 8 days.

sounds like it's 'Processed Through Sort Facility', so not really FT's fault. shipping from China is always a crapshoot, but the prices are great :)

Was everything you ordered in stock? That will slow it down if they're waiting to restock a particular item. I have one in limbo now ordered 15 days ago, tracking still reads "origin post preparing for shipment", so it has been shipped by FT, just waiting for it to hop a boat, I guess. I usually don't order anything I need in a hurry.

Just tried to use FT for the first time. I'm prepared for the wait, no big deal. Anyway, the only payment option was bitcoin. Not gonna happen. I'll get my coils from another chinese vendor.

It said paypal was not available because of the coils I ordered. Dunno. ???

I ordered 5pc nautilus coils 1.6 ohm. 5 of them.

PayPal unavailable due to: Authentic Aspire Nautilus Mini BVC Clearomizer Replacement Coil Head (5-Pack).

I have always used a pay card with them and all the venders. It just takes one time and you will never use a regular credit card with any of them. It's not the company I worry about it is the hackers and they did get me one time. Paypal gets hacked too. With pay card I just put in what I'm going to spend and spend it fast. If they hack that sorry for them.

I've waited between 3 and 8 weeks for Fasttech. I know that going in, I shouldn't be in a hurry for my stuff. If I am, I order from US vendors.

If you order batteries it will delay the shipment both here and there. Since you said 20 days ago
their recent National Day festival (Oct 01-07) had nothing to do with the delay, but it's something to watch out for 'cause they have lot's of festivals and such.
As somebody else in this thread said, always make sure what you order is in stock and not available in 5 days.
My experience is the order takes a couple of days to process and ship then it sits in the China PO for a week b4 coming over.
Once here it sits in US Customs for another week b4 getting sent to a USPS sorting facility.
Then it takes another week or so (if you're lucky) to get to your local PO and to you.

Never choose to ship via Sweden Post 'cause the Swedes don't believe in tracking.
Always spend at least 20 bucks if you want a tracking number
or spend the 2 bucks they want for tracking if you don't buy 20 bucks worth.

BTW, USPS Tracking will be doing "maintenance" from 8PM November 8th until 2AM Nov 9th.
Maybe they can fix their stuff 'cause my last 2 vapemails showed up in my mailbox
while tracking said they were still at point of origin.

Hi Teresa. Never use a cc with FT. It's not necessarily them but it is China.
Over at the other forum some guy posted that a FT cust serv guy asked him for a pix of his cc..not cool as the pix can be used to duplicate the card (unless it has a chip). If one doesn't have Paypal the best option is to use a virtual creditcard if your card
has that feature (Visa doesn't)

As a rule of thumb, I never, ever order ANYTHING that I actually need at the moment.

I just order stuff I want down the road and feel surprised when it shows up in my mailbox!

My mail woman misdelivers so I want tracking numbers so I know when she screws up.
She recently delivered my vapemail to a house down the street 'cause they have a similar dog...
But same here, figure it could take anywhere from 3 weeks to a couple of months
so I play chess with them 6 moves ahead and only buy what I'm not in a hurry for but know I'll want in a month or two.

The PO in China never updates tracking. I'm sure your RDA is in the states by now
but is either stuck in limbo at customs or the USPS sorting facility in NY. (Sh)it happens a lot.
If you can see that it's in Xaimen it for sure left FT, but it won't say when it left Xaimen
Look for surprise in your mailbox soon.
I've been buying vape stuff from FT for two years and a half and always get the goods usually in 3 weeks
but I had to wait 2 months once.

If you ever have to return something they have an office in Miami and another one in LA (think it's LA..)
so you don't have to wait for it to get to China, and they'll ship the replacement as soon as their US office gets the defective item.

Man you mess up your quotes..If you're in the west coast or close to NY
it can be faster.
Have you contacted FT? Open a ticket and bitch, maybe they can find out if it's left China.
But again, I try putting a tracer at USPS or just wait until it shows

Hi Teresa. Never use a cc with FT.

I believe the reference meant PayPal allow the use of any card and, as an aside, doesn't require a PP account to do so.

I order only in stock or ships next day items. My wait time is 10 to 11 days.

@Time, there should be no payment restriction on cois. I'd clear my cache & give that sucker another go. I don't believe you'll do better than FT in a Chinese vendor. They ain't perfect but they're actually trying to improve and have decent customer service although it always feels odd to me every time I make that statement.

Hey bud for whatever reason aspire will not alow pp as a payment. Idk the reasoning behind this bit theres two ways around it. #1 you can buy a gift certificate #2 order items the same price cancel than use the credit refund. Also right now they have a 10% off coupon so might be worth the hassle.

Yup, but FT does take cc payments w/o going through PP, my suggestion is if you buy from them
use Paypal so you can take advantage of the PP guarantee or use your CC through PP but never just the CC unless it's virtual

Yo skiball, several manufacturers including Aspire prohibit FT from using PP if the item is a clone.
I inquired about that when I had it happen to me and the chick I spoke with was quite candid about it.
Of course I outright asked her 'cause I figured that was the hitch.

She not only didn't deny that was the case, she told me my suspicions were correct.

But the thing is you can buy styled aspire stuff with pp but if it says authentic it wont let you. So dont make much sence but I could see that they might not let them take pp for there items that the authentic code was removed. Thats done to sell items user the m.a.p. price (i think thats what its called)

Yah i dont even know what happened with the quotes tbh lol

But im in NY which i assume is why i havnt had any issues with them in the past. I did contact Fasttech and the only thing they said is to wait and that this is normal. Which is BS because its never happened before.

I did not know this. I'm surprised that Aspire can wield this much influence over FT but I suppose that reaction is naïveté as they sure throw their weight around with other sellers. It would also seem that I've bought authentics only in the US and only clones from FT. Hmmm.

My last ft order took like 3 weeks, just a tank a charger and some drip tips. I've had mixed results just like everyone else on shipping time, had one that was like a week and it was an ego battery.

I don't mind Aspire but can't think of a current product that's anywhere near my want list,

Just grab something fron one of those hitherto unknown Chinese vendors, skiball. C'mon, take one for the team! :D

I've bought authentic aspire from https://www.3avape.com/. Everything has verified. No problems with purchase or shipping. Their prices are not always lower than US suppliers though. I watch them for deals, sometimes they have good ones.

Interesting, thank you. I can't figure the deal at FT unless Aspire is just playing David & Goliath.

Hey, Time, OT but what's your opinion of 3avape? 3fvape?

I haven't used 3fvape.

3avape sells truely authentic, at least what I've gotten has been. Coils have been great quality. I haven't had any issues so I can't speak for their customer service. The shipments I got came fast, for China. One came in ten days. I always look them up if I'm vape shopping. They have some good deals sometimes when stuff first comes out and on some older stuff.

Greatest thing since sliced bread (IMO) are credit virtual account numbers...most of the major CC company's have them & you can specify a dollar limit for them. I use them on Ebay too for an added layer of ID security. You can create a CC number for each transaction for the exact dollar amount of the purchase and have a record of them with your CC vendor.

China.

No, their prices are not usually better than US prices. I check them out for sales like I do US vendors. I'm not shilling for them. All I can say is everything I've gotten for them has been authentic and it does come with an authentic price unless it's on sale. No payment errors. No shipping problems. Not in my experience.

I know but unless they have better prices i think it would be better to order from a US vender and get it much sooner.

I seem to have pretty good luck with Fasttech. My last order was placed on the Nov. 1, shipped on the fourth, and now shows in Chicago on the ninth. They usually only keep it a couple of days, so I should have it by the weekend.

As said, items that don't show in stock or ships next day may delay your order for quite a while. So far for me the delay that my item stays in China is less than a week.

3fvape always ships in about 3 days, with the same shipping experiences. They've done a real good job so far in terms of quality of product and shipping times.

Stay away from pre-orders no matter who the company might be in whatever country. Also, I always use PP when ordering from overseas. I wish American vendors could use this payment option as I would rather deal with them, but security and convenience are the issues with other means of payment. Damn them paypal rules!
