Anyone know of alternative tanks for the subox mini other than subtanks? It's 50 w and goes down to .3.

I maybe completely wrong here but any tank that has a coil head at or above .3, so Atlantis, tfv4 and many other .5 tanks should be perfect for it

Yup, normal 510. It will take all standard threads. Be careful how long the tank threads are, as they can dent the pin in the kbox mini since its not spring loaded.

Use just about anything with a 510 short thread you want but a huge tank on a tiny mod might look a bit odd it might even cause your mod to be super top heavy and frequently tip over.

Anyone know some off hand? I wanted the tfv4 or crown tank but everything online said my mod isn't strong enough that at 50 w you'd barely get anything:/

Not sure where you read or saw that but a tfv4 should perform fine at 30watts if you're using the standard TFV4 coil it should at least.Slap 1 of those sextuplet coils in the TFV4 and that's a whole different ball-game my friend.Cause more coils need more power at that point though you would need a god mod or other huge beast of a mod just to run it.Because It has 6 coils and is rated at 0.4ohms that means each coil is 2.4ohms and try to fire up 6 of those at once is gonna require tons of power.Just get yourself the item linked below and you'll be fine.

@Mrl1655 you are correct for the most part, the subox mini can only fire down to.3 coils, while yes the TFV4 will most definitely fit only 1 of the 4 coil heads in this tank will fire and that is a .85. So probably not the best bang for your buck. I suppose a more appropriate question needed to answer your question is " What features ?" Rebuildable? Only sub Ohm?

Smok VCT1 A1
If you want to rebuild Billow V2

iiKryptic I think he wants to put a TFV4 on the subox mini mod not put a TVF4 coil in a sub-tank mini.I could be wrong I haven't eaten much and I am a bit sleepy.
However those 1.5ohms coils I linked should work

They do make pre-wrapped coils for RDA's too.Just another option you might think about.

Right I know he wants to replace the whole tank, but why pay that much for a tank that's main features are super sub ohm coils. There is 4 coils that come with the TFV4. 3 of them are of no use with the the tank if attached to subox mini because the subox mini will not fire. My point was why buy a tank that is designed to be fired under .3 ohms and put it on a device that only fires down to .3.

Oh I getcha on that yeah those TFV4's are pricey.
Now that I think about it though I guess I just figured he might buy another mod with a bit more power at some point. In the mean time he'd have a sweet tank coils that will work with the mod he already has and be happy.

Hey MMrl1655 you don't need a new mod just pick up the TFV4-mini and get those coils I linked earlier and you'll be set with the mod you already have. You can always pick up another mod at a later date. :)

The Smok TFV4 Mini is an option for that device. Numerous coil options, multiple airflow configurations, and it is a top fill tank.
Not only is it great option for that device because it has so many options for coils the tank will continue to be of service long after the original poster has out grown the device.

I have no idea at all why I posted this. I just helped a friend who has the same mod as you, he bought a tfv4, and it wouldn't fire any of the stock coils, because the lowest that mod will fire is 0.3. Problem solved, I gave him one of my dual coil RBAs for the TFV4, and its working fine.
