Woke up for a mid term one year and thought I was super fucked because I was already 25min late (prof was an ass and if youre more then 5min late you take a zero on a test) drove 90 to school and got there 20min early unbeknownst to me and ran up the stairs and skidded into... an empty classroom lol. Thank god for time changes.

I work shift work and had to work an extra hour last night, but that was an hour of over time. I have forgotten about it years before and showed up to work an hour early... That is not much fun.... Lol

I actually thought of a funny story to this one. When I was overseas I used a cell phone for an alarm. Well, I reset the time on the phone not thinking dumbass it does it automatically. Needless to say my Sgt called the phone in my room after the time I was supposed to be at work, I was a little late that day, didn't really get my ass chewed tho.

I managed a kitchen a while back and an employee was late on the day of the time change. He said he forgot to reset his clock. Problem is, this was the fall time change, when the clocks go back an hour. He didn't last very much longer after that.

Time change means nothing to the clock in my head, I still wake up 5 minutes b4 the alarm goes off unless I forget to set the alarm then I wake up late, go figure.

A funny story I have is about 7 years ago I woke up thinking I was 20 minutes late for work so I jumped up threw my clothes on and ran out the door. While I was driving I called my boss and was apologizing over and over and after about 5 mins of me apologizing he started laughing and told me that I still had 30 mins to be there.

I like that now my cell phone is my primary source of time and it updates the time on its own... I remember back in the when you had to break out the VCR manual...
