Crap, I had the whole build posted and kept getting error messages.
Custom built SX350J Vapor Flask anyway.

Not sure if this is the right sub-forum but anyways....I've been wanting to build a custom regulated box mod for some time and I want to go ahead and pull the trigger. My question is where is a good place to find the materials I need (box, 510 connection, buttons etc)

Any information or links would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Just an idea I had for a DNA30 (actual evolv) chip I had and $2.60 worth of scrap plexiglass.
I present Crapbox ver 2

Size comparison next to a Fasttech clone

Do you like the homemade battery connectors?
Might look like crap but vapes like a champ, is lightweight, sliding back panel for battery access, and has a spring loaded 510.

Something I was working on today (WIP DIY DNA 30 Maple box mod).
Finish is drying currently.

Sometimes it's nice to have a mill, and a lathe in the shop :)
I love the wood one. Do you can sell any boxes?

Hmm... I have used it some at my computer desk. Having the constant power supply is nice, but at the same time I had a hard time adjusting to having a cord hanging off the mod. It was really something I had in my head that I needed to get out and translate to reality. The board with the tact fire switch, pot, on-off, and standoffs. I had someone commission another OKR passthrough board from me. I made that one to their specifications, but the whole time I had this design in my mind. If you may like to make one (no pressure), please send me a message. I have the board on oshpark (but it isn't shared) and I have a drilling template and mouser/digikey projects saved.

I have looked at your oshpark profile jobs page, and noticed you didnt have it on there. I really haven't got into OKR and Raptors much because to me PWM seems to be great, and very cost effective. But I do like to try new things.

Also was really liking the board standoffs. We use plastic versions of what you did with your pass through box above, at work, that we use with very small headless screws that press in. All that stuff is just collecting dust at work because we havent had to build boards in years for our machines, and calling my name to adapt to box mods :p

I will have to study up on the OKR build, and message you if I get another digikey/mouser order ready.

This is currently my personal box, used with a modfather 30mm RTA. It was a lot of work to make this happen. IMG_0684.JPG
Batch of mods for the folks running the show over at VapeNation. 2S PWM's acid etched, powder coated, bead blasted, laser engraved, CNC vinyl, 3D printed components, Varitube 510. I like Varitube and always have, regardless of what some people have to say. Both FDV and VT 510's are very good quality and can take the abuse. My personal preference is Varitube but also used plenty of FDV's and like them all. IMG_0962.jpg HEADER.jpg
Thanks for watching :)

Hello everyone!
Before moving on to another more challenging project, I did some practice on this box. I took this mechanic and I inserted a circuit for a pico 75w, both available on FT. I chose this circuit because it works in TC with adjustable TCR and because it has the right dimensions to take the place of a battery.
