Top Notch Vapor - Columbus Ohio

Got these three BEAUTIES last night at a new shop that I visited here in Ohio! The shop name is "Top Notch Vapor" in Columbus Ohio. I went and sat down at their roughly 20 foot juice bar and enjoyed conversations with numerous patrons as they came in, got help, hung out, and enjoyed a good vape! I think I was there for about 5 hours or so... It was just that kind of place where you enjoyed hanging out. VERY comfortable, GREAT people to hang out with. The owners Jamie and Sarah (Husband/Wife) were a true pleasure to spend time with. I went there with the intention of acting like a "new" vapor to see how they interacted with me, but unfortunately my "cover" was blown right away when Jamie (one of the owners) recognized me from online, so instead I hung out and watched how they interacted with other customers, both new and old..

I must say, I was IMPRESSED. These guys have their shit together. EXCELLENT customer service, IMPRESSIVE attitudes, WILLING to help and HAPPY to spend any amount of time necessary with their customers. All of that, combined with the fact that they ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, was FANTASTIC. There are so many shops these days who hire kids that have no clue, it was so nice to see that they are appear to be in this business not only to make $, but to actually make a DIFFERENCE! And that is exactly what they are accomplishing over there at Top Notch Vapor in Columbus Ohio (https://www.facebook.com/topnotchvapor)

I truly was impressed! Just an example of their amazing customer service...

One of the reasons that I went there was because I noticed they had a mod that I was interested in, a new one by "Society Vapors" called the "Envy" - I was interested because on their Facebook page, I noticed that they had one of them with a serial #22, my FAVORITE # of all time, (I collect any and all mods with serial #22 for my lifelong collection). When I got there, I discovered that they not only had 1 of them, but they had all 3 of the full set (copper, brass, stainless steel). However unfortunately they only had 2 of them available, because one of them was one of the store owners (Sarah) personal devices. It was in fact a device that had some personal meaning to her even, so truly I didn't think there was a chance in the world of getting it... however, after some long (and good) conversations and after hearing why I loved the #22 so much, she decided to let me have it to complete the full set of ALL THREE! of them! They are beautiful devices from an up and coming mod maker. I'm very excited to add them to my personal collection!

My hat is off to these two store owners (Jamie and Sarah) for what they are doing over there at "Top Notch Vapor" in Columbus Ohio. They clearly have a great thing going for them and without a doubt are appreciated by their constant flow of customers both new and repeat that filtered in and out while I was there hanging out... A+ store in my book, VERY HAPPY to have them here in Central Ohio! THANK YOU for doing it "Top Notch" guys!

As I had business in Columbus (a 45 minute drive for me) I made it a point to stop in for a visit at Top Notch Vapor today.

Words cannot express how freaking impressed I was with the inventory and the owners Jamie and Sarah.

Especially Miss Sarah who I had the opportunity to speak to for a couple of minutes as Jamie (super friendly guy) was helping customers.

Truth be told, I have been to other vaping shops in the area. One of which just plain pissed me off with the way they dealt with customers.

While I was there, I watched Sarah help a new vaper into a Kanger EMOW starter kit.

Instead of just grabbing at his credit card and putting the kit into a bag, she quite happily opened the whole thing up, told him that the battery came about 33% charged so he would need to consider charging it before long (after he had some quality time with it) explained in detail (without talking down to the customer) how to charge it, how to replace the heads (finger tight only) showed him how to fill it (he walked out with some E-Liquid as well) told him he needed to let it set for a minute, showed him the airflow adjustment and how to work the VV functions and told him what to do in case he got some of the dreaded gurgles.

Wonderful shop and delightful people indeed.

Granted that I did not have much time to spend there today and they did not yet have in stock the drip tip I was looking for I do plan on returning when I have more time.

And FYI, I did tell Sarah that I had heard about them via VU on the way out and she and Jamie made it a point to invite me back if only to hang out for a bit.

This is the best vape shop I have ever been to great people friendly helpful customers are great it's a great place to talk and hang out with fellow vapors. I've met so many new vaping friends since I've started going. Great selection of great juices and knowledgeable staff only place I know of where, like yesterday while in there a young lady was walked through the whole process and purchased her first mod. Steven completely set it up for her and build her a perfect coil based on her preferences. Tell me where else you get that type of service??? No where but Top Notch!!! Best thing is that is how they treat every single person that walks in. She wasn't a friend or someone special that's how they treat every single customer. Scratch just a vapor store they have world class customer service for any business. Locally owned and owned by VAPORS! They are one of us and want you to have a great experience. Love this place would recommend any distance of drive to visit them you will be impressed!!! SMOKING IS DEAD VAPING IS THE FUTURE!

I agree with everything that has been said here. Found this shop just after they opened and have watched them grow and progress. They are good people apart from the great customer service they offer. If you are in the Columbus area you owe it to yourself to stop by and have a vape with them.

I love Top Notch. Jamie is one of the nicest guys and will answer any questions and even help you build coils. Excellent selection and good prices too. It's also right down the road from me

!00% agreed. Jamie and Sarah are amazing people (they rest of the staff are great too). I travel all over the country for work stopping in multiple cities, coast to coast more than half the month. If there is a vapor shop open within 5 miles of my hotel, I pay them a visit to look for new flavors. None have every made me feel as welcome as they did on my first visit,and I was a newbie only having used Blu and V2 ecigs. There are three shops within 5 miles from my house, and the wife an I still make the 15 miles drive at least once a week to Top Notch. No shop I visited carries such a wide variety of juice manufactures, flavors and levels. Most just carry a ton of flavors from generic companies. They always, always give the attention needed to every costumer in there. Any time I've had questions or needed help with something they take the time to help and educate. If every business would operate with their level of honesty and integrity, there would be no need for a BBB.
