I know im not new. But I'm to drunk to make a decision. I need help on a drunk purchase for a flavor RDA. I have a clone Doge V2. And I highly disappointed with flavor. I need to know that it's a good idea to buy and RDA right after I paid rent. I personally think it's a fantastic idea but
It much be the Sailor Jerrys. PLUG PLUC PLUG. Jk. But seriously. I'm not getting the flavor I desire from my Doge. Please help. This is to much to handle right now.

As someone who has made a lot of drunk purchases, I'd recommend holding off this time. How are you building the Doge? If you haven't already, try a twisted or, if you feel fancy, a twisted vertical coil. I've always found twisted coils help flavor a bit and I've had a lot of luck with them in my doge

See, someone who sees reason. As far as twisted coils, what do you have in mind? I'm in absolutely no state to wrap coils. Is wind up wrapping a .01 and blow myself up. Lol. But for when I wake up groggy and need something to do.

I tend to use 28 gauge wrapped wire, dual coils. 9 wraps each at 2.4mm ID should bring you to about .5 ohms. If you go vertical, use 8 wraps as your long leg will be pretty long. I'd take a picture of mine, but I'm traveling and had to rebuild so I only have a basic 26 gauge dual coil in mine at the moment

Most of my time is spent trying to build flavor coils for cloud attys - I've had good luck with 26g twisted duals in the 0.4 ohm range on a regulated box at 50-65 watts. You could always try that before you drop cash, but if you're insistent I've heard the attys with tiny chambers like the Derringer and Bambino are good for flavor...

My favorite flavor atty in order of my preference
Kennedy competition with slam cap
Derringer
Tugboat v2 with slam cap
Mini freakshow
Darang

Also I've noticed an atty with huge airflow I tend to get the best flavor with either Clapton Coils or parallel coils using 28g and 24g wrapped with a 3mm internal diameter.
I use that build in the Kennedy comp, twisted messes and mako war, in all three it really makes the flavor pop

I wrapped a micro dual sleeper coil earlier. Using 24 or 22 gauge and I lost count of wraps. Turns out I did 10 wraps and I'm reading 1.0. The clouds are pretty intense, and it's got a nice warm-hot flavor, which is deffinetly delicious with my new Econocloud Lonely Swedish. Tastes like a soft Swedish fish

Sadly, the only regulated box I have ATM is my little MVP2. And I can sadly not use my RDA on it

Well then next time you get hammered buy a Sig 150!
Oh how I wish that drunk me was that ballsy. Because everytime I make a large purchase. I get bank notifications to a joint email account me and the Misses share for bills and whatnot. And even drunk me knows if I get another mod before I get her something she can run an atty on, I'd be better off dead! haha!

I feel your pain - the reason I'm not saving money vaping is that for everything I buy, I have to buy a second for wifey. So I have 2 Sig 100s, 2 Kboxes, 2 iSticks, 2 Arctics, 2 Subtanks, 2 each of a dozen different RDAs, 2 each of a dozen mech clones...

Oh the feels of having to buy two of everything. When she told me she wanted to quit smoking, I was so over joyed, I literally handed her my Aspire CF subOhm and the Atlantis V2 and Said "this is yours now" I was stuck using a Chinese disposable and MVP. But now she loves the culture! She was turned off by my old vendor who was incredibly condescending and came close to telling her she knew nothing because she was a woman. But I got her to go to a different shop with me, where I knew they catered beginners like their own kids. And since than she has even thought about lighting a cigarette. It's a pretty great feeling that I was able to help her quit.

I do it for mine without complaint because the quit for both of us was on her...after I bought a couple ego knockoff kits and we used them a few weeks while tapering down the Marlboros, she comes to me one day and says "We're going to quit smoking, tomorrow." No looking back, and we'll be at 2 years in another week or so...
