I had my choice btween 28×4+36 n80 or 28×4+38. I got the 36 cause it was cheaper but Ive heard the smaller the outer wire the better. Will I notice a difference between 36 and 38?

35 and 40 is a bigger difference. 36 and 38 is just one size wire. So I didnt know if it wud even matter. I was told 36 wud give more vapor. And 38 better flavor but the 36 gives just fine flavor and blows big clouds. I use the kennedy rda. I did a 6 wrap and it ohms out at .15.

I used to use 38 for wrapping my claptons but have moved to 40. For me, there was a noticeable difference in ramp up. Not huge but noticeable, I only use mech squonk mods so it was a bit easier to tell but on a regulated mod you could bump up your watts just a little to make up for it. I couldn't tell much difference in clouds or flavor though, they were very similar in that aspect.

I wouldn't think there would be much difference in just one wire size. There's a greater difference between 38ga and say 30 or 32ga. Ramp up definitely improves, but 36/38 are pretty similar.

That would depend on the chamber I'd think. Not the ramp itself but the cool down time.

I used to use 38 to encapsulate claptonate but I got to 40. For me, there was a noticeable difference in the increase. Not bulky but noticeable, I only use mech squonk mods so it was a little easier to tell but in an orderly setting, you can bump into your watt a little bit to make up for it.

If Google translate is accurate, you want to know how to build a coil that crackles loudly? If so, you can adjust the amount of cotton used to make it crackle more, just wick a little looser. Too loose and it starts spitting though. Other than that I don't know any tricks to make coils crackle more, maybe someone else will have an idea.

You mean the e-liquid is diluted, I thought there was an idea in building the coil

I understand the amount of cotton is light "but someone says it in the outer core(outer D core) should be at a degree 94 angle

If you very slightly understretch your decore and apply a very light amount of tension while aliening, you can decrease the angle by one or two degrees. It will be alien'd a tiny little bit tighter as a result, and the crackling will be louder.

You mean angle 87~90 or 90~95 ?
