That is a RDA like the Velocity I sent. Both are the same style "RDA" yet they have different type decks. The recurve is for a single coil and the Velocity is for 2 coils.

On your Luna? That’s the light to display low battery, if you have a short, 5 clicks for on/off etc. it’s all in the manual.
You can start with simple single wire coils.

I take photos on my phone, then I add the photo to email on my phone and email to myself, open email on computer and download the photo, that's my way anyway, as don't view the forum on my phone.

Single coil RDAs work better on single-batt mech squonkers. Cromwell swears by 26ga SS parallel, and he's not far off the mark. Simple and easy, 0.25 to 0.35 ohms, good flavor, just yes. I like staged a little better, but the difference is minimal.
