Artificial almond, like those aroma drops used in (real) deserts, cakes

Don't know how international those aroma drops are. Might differ from one place to another. Anyway, I'm not into bakery vape, so I don't want nutty or baked skin flavor etc, just that intoxicating chemical in a good way marzipan aroma.

Likewise, those rum drops used in cakes and deserts have a similarly big and intoxicating aroma that I've never tasted much of from regular rum alcohol of any kind. With the brown rum I've tasted I get mostly brown sugar and not much more. Not what I'm after. I assume those jamacian rum ejuice concentrates resembles real rum more that the kind used in eatable cakes, deserts and such(?)

Does this make any sense to anyone? Anyone know of almond or rum aroma drops meant for food that are safe for vaping?

FULLY agree with RonjS post.
With that said any flavoring used in vaping should be water soluble and no oils to minimize any risk factor.
Vaping oils is known to cause serious issues.

Several of the grocery store flavorings have oil in them and many have high alcohol content.
The flavorings from a place like Bull City Flavors are cheap and safer as a general rule.
Capella and such can also be bought from amazon but from my experience cost more from there.
I did get some Black Raspberry flavoring from Amazon since it was hard to find.

Yes I've seen some lists of flavorings that are oil based or contain ingredients not recommended for vaping. Just curious if anyone had recommendations for flavours that might match what I'm after

FlavourArt makes a good Jamaican Rum flavoring and a good Marzipan flavoring, too. Those are the ones I've tried. I think Inawera makes a Marzipan that people enjoy, too.
And FA Almond is spot on. INW Marzipan is great! Strong, but great.

I like Flavor Art for almond, Marzipan, and Jamaican rum

Hey thanks. I have those last two and INW almond in the mail, but I'm restless and curious.. Would you say they could work the way cake and desert essence drops do when not going for overly realistic nutty flavor and bitter almond skin, or in the rums case, half burnt brown sugar and alcohol?

FA seem to aim for realism above all with their flavors while I'm more after the "fun" aromas with these, but I'm a bit lost on what else to go for. FA Jamaican Rum seem to be the rum everybody prefer. Not sure about the almond flavor, but a realistic marzipan shouldn't be too far off from what I'm after.

Particularly with rum I find cake essence drops offer a lot more aroma than what I get from real rum. And that intoxicating chemical larger than life kinda thing without too much of the dirt or bitterness. Maybe some more raisin as well. Although it's very subtle, I actually somehow get more of this aroma from white rum, believe it or not, maybe because there isn't much else clutter in the way. Or maybe I'm way off. It certainly tastes like more than just alcohol to me.

Guess I'll find out in a week or two :wait:
