best longest lasting 18650's?

I use an aegis legend, most of the time vape under 40 watts. I have vct5a's and some black cell proton batteries. I'm curious as to what the best and longest lasting batteries are out now? Also I am looking into a tank for ****, and will probably be using much more power. Battery suggestions for that?

Thanks much

But to answer your question, the good old Samsung 30Q is still the standard cell for regulated mods, your Sony VCT5a shine best in mechs, but will put out just fine for you Aegis, no matter what you vape in it

Rules are there for a reason. If there weren't, it would be the wild west of the vape game. Wouldn't have to slap your hand if you didn't chew gum in class.

Also to the op molicel's batteries have come into the game strong as hell. The p26 18650s are great. Their 21700s are strong competitors as well. Also the Samsung 30t are lo g lasting. For the 20700s I'd go with the Sanyo 2070c. Great batteries as well. All can be gotten at liionwholesale.com. Very trusted vendor. Also IMR is a great place to get batteries.

Molicel batteries? The black ones? I got them cheap due to needing to spend a few more bucks for free shipping. I didn't believe their stats. Looked like car stereo amp gimmick numbers..

I get most of mine from Illumn.com - love them because offer free shipping to Alaska if you buy $50 worth, which comes out less expensive than liionwholesale, which is also a great battery company

They're grey. They have a little less punch than a Vtc5a but run longer if you you can't get to a recharge or battery swap.

I've been using the brown LG HG2 3000mah batteries in a dual 18650 configuration.

I've been using Samsung 25r's and Sony VTC5a's as well but the LG's beat them both out.
By FAR on the 25r's and just barely on the VTC5a's.

I have heard good stuff about the molicels but haven't gotten my hands on any yet.

yeah rules are there to control people...I don't call that a "good" reason....I'm sure the people that want to make a rule against vaping think their reasons are "good" reasons too.

So we should live without rules so noone controls us. Some people can't handle that freedom. You know, serial killers and such are probably better off locked up after not following the rules

Ya, I got a bunch of 25R's and 30Q's, but for the real power-hungry dual batt stuff, I use the LG Brownies.
I got two of 'em married in a IPV4S on a 0.5 single-coil build in TC and in two days it's barely budged the meter.

I also haven't tried the Molicels, but they sound great.

....look around you social media is creating rules and visciously censoring people left and right who don't adhere to groupthink all under the excuse of making the world a safer place. It seems to me the so called Wild west was far more civilized than the world we have today, and everyday we create more rules.they say every single American is in violation of some law or another, there are simpley to many laws for anyone to know about.....and will you obey the rules when they outlaw vaping...I say err on the side of freedom, I have more faith in the outcome of freedom than I do in the outcome of control.

Illumn's prices are a few cents higher than liionwholesale, but the free shipping (orders over $50) make it cheaper

But both places are super great places to buy batteries

That's just it the only thing we sensor is drug related whether it be legal in your state or country or not. Gore because some people don't like or want to see that. We try to redirect in misinformation that may be given as well.
Most of the members here are decent enough to not be dick heads and troll all the time. And yes fkthis you can call people dick heads. But I don't suggest just following people around harassing them. Not saying that you have but it has happened here before.

And pulse if you dont like rules might I suggest you move to Mexico or S. America. Plenty of people that feel the same about the rules as you. .

Sorry to ruin this thread by bullshit

Yeah here is one of those people who share my feelings....maybe you heard of him.....I have two ancestors that fought in the Revolutionary War that created America....I don't think I'm gonna take your suggestion and move.

I have ancestors that fought in wars too. I bet a lot of us do. Do you really think a world with no rules would be fun? Got kids? Got a mom? I have more respect for the rest of the forum to not get nasty and prove my point. Rules are needed. It's a fact of life.

These are the ones i've been eying up.
P26a
I got a dozen of them today. They're older stock or whatever (OEM black sheep), but work great (for $1.97 a piece). I charged up two of them and I'm using one now in a Feedlink squonk. It's been hitting really decent so far. Molicell came out of nowhere and released some bangers onto the market.

That they did. I've switched over completely to molicel's except one last pair of Vtc5a.

Self hating white?
Self hating, lol. Nope not here, I just have no time for a narrow minded bigot who's IQ is probably equal to the Ohms my current build is reading.
BTW, I'm above this back and forth with you, it wouldn't be fair to have a battle of witts with someone so clearly ill suited for the challenge. Add all you want, this is my last reply to you.

Yes for higher power builds but if you're a low wattage vaper than a 15/20amp battery will work just fine

Agree with this totally. I have used same three in sets, with same results.

I have been on the molicel 20700's for a while now, and absolutely love them! I will be going to the p26's when some 18650's need replacing.

We have the VCT5Ds now which I think are 25Amp CDR 2800 mah which is pretty impressive. Makes for a great regulated or mech battery. Who would have thought they could squeeze another 200 mah into what was the VCT5As.

PS. It doesn’t help being belligerent towards the moderators. They are here for the benefit of everyone and the more use you get out of the forum the more they can and will help you.

Best batteries I ever used are very much not liked by Mooch/ others,, I don't know if they got bad batches or if I got lucky with a good batch- ymmv

https://www.imrbatteries.com/mxjo-18650-3000mah-flat-top-battery/
No, no bad batches... just that it is identical to the Samsung 30Q battery so they perform equal (the only difference being the plastic wrap that they put around the battery), and, despite this, the latter battery is $3.50 cheaper (assuming you buy it from the same vendor). So the real reason why MXJO isn't liked is because it's nothing more than a money grab, when the ratings that they print on the battery wrap are a marketing ploy the sole purpose of which is to trick potential buyers into thinking this 15 amp battery (Samsung 30Q) is a 35 amp battery, AND, using it like a 35 amp battery puts your own safety at risk in addition to wasting money.

Doesn't change the fact they were the best batteries I ever used, they lasted longer and after my current batteries die I will go back to the mxjo

As for price pretty sure I got them on sale at the time,,, same way I got the LG HG2 ones I have now with same data yet they don't last long as the mxjo,, maybe duds,, i dont know,, dont really care I will just be glad when its time to replace them.

And yes I use a real charger not the micro usb port

I used HG2 cells for the first 3 years of vaping. The same HG2's for 3 years.
then switched to 30Q a bit over a year ago.
Based on my personal experience the HG2's have longer life in charge recharge cycles as the 30Q cells seem to be dropping in capacity faster than the HG2's did.
25W max single cell mod is my typical useage.
For unreg I use 25R's

I still use the HG2's in flashlights and battery banks. Yep 4 yr old cells.

the 30q is a 15 amp battery,
always has been.
you can't talk to car.
being nice to him doesn't work,
he is usually wrong about anything he says, but
can't stand being corrected.
he knows nothing at all about batteries.
i bet he doesn't know the IR or the capacity of his batteries,
