I need a new fruit recipe. You fruit mixers here is my stash. Help me out

http://e-liquid-recipes.com/publicstash/191722

I didn’t check out your stash, but here are some of my go-to’s when I’m in the feeling for something light and fruity...they’re in no particular order or anything, just random recipes I’ve created or stole.

Yay!!
Hey, I bought pound cake from health cabin before I got sick. Holy crap, it is to die for! And I got 100mls, on sale. You only need 2-3%. Really nice, dense, caramel type butter, I need to leave a review. Their own brand, anybody else get any?

I bought FLV Pound Cake a few orders ago. At the percentage I used it (I think 2%), it isn't showing me much. All the talk about Flavorah being super-concentrated, I thought I might have been going overboard at 2%.

A good pound cake, or a mediocre pound cake that you've figured out what it needs to make it good, could be a building block of a LOT of super good recipes. I think I'm going to do a single-flavor tester on FLV, and then build on it to see what makes it exceptional.

Anyone have detailed experience with FLV Pound Cake?

How high are you using it at?
ws23 is koolada...

Ice, I use that at 1-3 bottle drops per 30ml
Using it at .25% I can't stomach it. Which is right around what you are describing as 1-3 drops. I don't measure in drops. I tried it at .15% don't like it. There are only two FLV Flavors I have that I don't like, 1 is crunch cereal, 2 is Ice and I have about 30+ at this point

Anyone have detailed experience with FLV Pound Cake?

Well I won't say my experience is detailed, but I use this one enough to know what I like to do with it. I add a bit of either WF Angel Cake or WF Fluffly White Cake to boost the cake properties. I use this around 1-2% depending on how prominent I want the cake to be and use an equal part of the WF Cake. I don't really get the lemon note out of pound cake that I do with an actual pound cake, but I do get a buttery, cakey, dense style cake. It's really good just with some icing. I think I am going to make the Apricot Glazed Cake Recipe with FLV pound cake.

So do you use FLV Frosting with it? If so, percentage on that? Does it need help? Now I'm thinking about FLV Pound Cake & Frosting, FA Nonna's, Custard, and Almond, and a touch of WF Mascarpone Cream Cheese.

ETA: Planning to try this when I have time and the room to store it:

Sour Cream Pound Cake

Almond (FA) 2%
Custard (FA) 2%
Frosting (Flv) 3%
Lemon (FE) 1.5%
Marshmallow (FA) 1%
Mascarpone Cream Cheese (WF) 1%
Nonna's Cake (FA) 2%
Pound Cake (Flv) 3%

Total flavors 15.5%

I think (my thoughts) some of Flavorah are ultra concentrated but some are just SC and need a lot of help. I have used the Pound Cake at 3% but usually add it to a recipe. Cupcake batter at 1-2% alongside the pound cake seems to help me. Frosting at 1% t

Lately, I have tried other folks recipes using Flavorah. They start off great but then turn into a mass of chemicals. I'm going back to my own experiments. I also note that most folks are using more VG than I so I don't need as much flavorings as others. (Just my rationale behind my thoughts).

So Nonna's is probably a perfect complement. I don't have Nonna's so I can't say for sure, but I definitely use it with FLV Frosting just because I love FLV Frosting. Maybe a touch of FLV Cream. It need's help IMO, but maybe I'm not using it high enough. I just checked ELR and a lot of people seem to use it at 4%, but I can't think of any other FLV flavor I take up that high. I tested it at 0.5,1, and 1.5 and from what I remember (I don't have my notes in front of me) at 0.5 it was very light, almost just buttery at this %, at 1% I got an almost angel cake type taste, still buttery, and at 1.5% I got a more dense cake, but still a little light. This led me to push it up to 2%. I have never used it alone really as I didn't feel it was a stand alone cake.

I have made a couple of other people's FLV recipes and IMO people use them way too high. When I look at the ELR average percentage(even for other brands) I always start off at like 50-75% of what other people are using. I have made a couple of select recipes of other people's that I loved. A couple by @wildgypsy70 because it seems we have similar tastes and I've loved the one's I have made, I made dripping by Pippa and I will continue to make this because it is so damn good. I substituted the VTA Raspberry Jam in this one for WF Cobbler (berry) and holy crap it is amazing. I used the cobbler at 1.5% and I could not be happier. I mixed up 100ml the other day to complement the 2 30ml I have left. I made a 30ml to put in my for sale rotation, but took it out because after the steep I just decided I want it all to myself. LOL. I did just whip up apple flapple too by Nick Evanz because I like apple and always forget to make an apple recipe unless it's like apple pie or something. I find a lot of recipes on ELR and ATF(but less here) that are just garbage. I have found way more recipes here that look good, but still I enjoy crafting my own stuff.

On ELR there’re have been a lot of discussions about cleaning the crap, the database and the recipes side, can you believe we still have single flavour recipes? Can’t do much about users silliness.. poor lads they’re working a lot on it but the DB is so huge..
But still crafting your own is the best way!

I also boosted up the FW Cake Batter Dip to 1.5% because I wanted it a bit more cakey, but Dripping is definitely an appropriate name. I was trying to make a jelly donut for a while and this is a great jelly donut for sure.

Really I was just trying to find a use for the 30ml WF Cobbler(berry) because I think this is the flavor our of all of them I was most disappointed with. I really wanted it to have that cobbler crunch and it just doesn't. It is tasty though for what it is. I liked all of the new ones from WF, but I had high hopes for this and coffee cake.

all of my pound cake recipes here: http://e-liquid-recipes.com/list?q=pound+cake&filter=28997

not too often I take pound cake over 1.4%...

I do drops, as I mix by weight. 1 drop = .02g or .02ml from there, you can find on elr where your recipe is at.
It took me 9 months to start sharing my flv recipes, as the calculator there should read 100.00% in order for my amounts I use to be correct.
Lars told me I was the first one that pointed that out to him. He sees where it is for me but little he can do about it.

I have found knowing your drops (by manufacture, as all dropper caps are not the same, helps in mixing. It is one of the tiny reasons I stick with the ultras as all I have found come to .02g per drop, averaged. I have 3 scales, my lowest one measures .0001g.

Hope you find others you enjoy.

I have found adding in some Greek yogurt, 1-3 drops per 30.. will give you a more tangy rawness for things like cakes and cookies..
3-6 drops will give more of a batter.

I’m getting kind of burned out on my current recipes and hate having to wait to taste if something is good or not. I’m curious what everyone’s favorite Shake & Vape flavors are and how to make them...I’m just needing to find something new and ELR isn’t much help because all of the highly rated flavors require steeping, which annoys me as someone who likes instant gratification. So, any S&V recipes you guys have, whether it’s and ADV or just something to use for a bit, if you could include the recipe, that would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

Just bought it again.. No reason why you shouldn't get it..;)
It's just Cream. However it is the best cream on the market today.
You can make it as thick, thin or sweet, even sour.. All depends on how you use it :)
Thanks, guys! In the cart it goes! Woot!!!

Wonder how this would be with Orange or Strawberry instead of the Watermelon? I truly despise watermelon, but the lime and mint plus another fruit sounds like an excellent idea. Strawberry sounds better than orange to me in this one, surprisingly.

ETA: Oh, also, meant to ask. What's the consensus on percentages of FE Lemon in mixes where the lemon needs prominence? I ordered it and got it yesterday. Also got FE Lemongrass, intending to make some Lemongrass Tea juice with ginger ale and brown sugar.

I don't like advertising myself, but a few people told me that my PCP is a good both as S&V and after steeping gets better, if you want you can have a look and decide here: http://tjek.nu/r/ttKP

I think strawberry would be fabulous! Go for it! I might even give it a shot....I’ve got the new TFA sweet strawberry to test out.

And 1% is what I use FE Lemon at, usually.

Peeps! I just read a slightly disturbing thing on FB. Not 100% sure how true it is but.......sounds like Holy Holy Grail RY4, Gooey Butter Cake and Holy Vanilla are being reformulated due to an ingredient being discontinued. The person who posted seems to be a beta tester and already has the v2 of Holy Vanilla and RY4. I’m gonna get a 4oz of Holy Holy RY4 cause I love it. Just a heads up!

1e3143d4a7d87b973a031aa706da22ce.jpg

I don’t want to just dump Dragonfruit in it and see how it goes...I’d rather take out the Strawberry flavors or the Watermelon Flavors and replace them with Dragonfruit so that there’s a distinct difference in the two recipes, but leave some similarities as well. Which flavors do you guys think I should eliminate and replace with Dragonfruit...the strawberry flavors or the watermelon flavors?

If the only lemon 2% for the main note, 2.5% if used with a heavy cream like Hangsen or an ice cream. 1-2% with other lemons. It doesn't fade but will mellow to a more natural lemon as it ages.

ECX is having a 25% sale, I've never tried their nic so YMMV.
Nude Nicotine has a 30% for their FIFO sizes or 20% other sizes.

Both Nude and ECX codes are in the coupon sticky.

I bought some very nice nicotine from PerfectVapes.com. Their price on it now for 50/50, 100mg, 4 oz bottle is $17.99. Seems like they have flat rate shipping that is between 3 and 4 dollars. Delosi Labs is $20.99 for that same size, and I think their shipping is more. My Freedom Smokes is $26.99.

I got time to look. Bcf sale doesnt stsrt till the 26th anyways
