Got this mod in a kit with a decent subohm tank for 20 bucks on ecigcity. The coil heads for the tank are 5 dollars for a 5 pack. I gave the tank away with my red Proton ( I had two Protons) to a friend who is trying to quit smoking. She is thrilled.

However the mod is actually really good. Council of Vapor Xion. Not sure about TC yet, but it has this cool boost mode you can set as a percentage of your wattage and there's a second small fire button that you press at the same time to get that boost. So say you're running 90 watts and set the boost to 10% (it goes up to 80% I think). You grab both fire buttons for a second and you get a 99 watt preheat until you let go of the top button and finish the pull with the bottom one at 90.

It sounds weird and it is, but it works great :)

I have never seen anything quite like that boost button on a mod before. I hear so many talking about how there's no real innovation nowadays. Well here it is. This is innovative. Sounds like a pretty awesome mod. I hope you really dig it.

Well I don't think it is innovative in the particular sense that it can be more useful than what's already been out there (and working pretty reliably also in addition to that...) for like more than one and a half years already. ArcticFox firmware used on a mod that can support it, if used in cohort with NFE Tools software (both are free to download) on a Windows PC, also lets you set the boost, or preheat as a percentage of your wattage, but the big difference is it lets you easily customize your own power curve for this (i.e. by editing the curve in NFE Tools), which makes it 50 times more useful when compared to a primitive boost feature that still only uses a fixed (flat) horizontal line for a curve.

Watching the Duke-NC NCAAM ACC Semifinals game, pretty brutal. :D

(hard to believe, but this old Canon A520 that I got for $1.50 can pull a F2.6, my much newer one can't)

Rocking the 'ol Underground SQK clone with a Ody v2 and some delicious Holy Po-Po juice. xD

@Huckleberried Did my 28/36 SS on a 2.5, took a wrap out to .65 from usual .85, wicked with rayon, favorite mango tobacco juice. It's not bad, not really good, somewhere in the middle. Ran watts up to 20 settled back down to 15. A little airy for me on smallest hole and couldn't get along with that drip tip at all. Think I'll put that wrap back in next time. Let me know your thoughts when you build yours.

Is that the new OBS Cube? Really sweet display and form on that.

Correction, it's 28/36...I seem to think I get a bit more flavor from the clapton. Only downside is you have to burn and wick more often. The little nooks and crannies gunk up quicker at low wattage, then it's counter productive....

Say, does that hold a 30mm tank by chance?
