Those are huuuuge mods! Too big for my girly stabwood hands!
They are 84 mm in size, most 18650... They are the same size as a Kodama. The 21700 is a bit taller 88mm and the dual 18650 a bit wider than a Kodama.......

They just look big, they are a bit taller in millimiters taller than a 18650 battery.

Damn. I guess that is $825 because it is rare or something. I would rather have a Asmodus than that. I do not buy "boxes" anymore either. Those are larger Mods. Bean is smallish but not tiny. The Thor(first one) is rather small for a 26650. Wait for 30% off again and get a good Mod for cheap. The 26650 Thor lasts longer than 2x18650 IMO. I know that is not technically possible but my impression. Much longer than 1x18650. I was changing battery in Beans every 20 minutes. 26650 lasts half a day of chain vaping. So should last most people 2 days. I highly recommend VRK ones and I think Mooch likes them too. It is not just MAH but I believe it is a 40A battery. So it packs the punch. would hate to see one vent. I vented Lipo in phone yesterday. It was not much drama. Melted back and 10 seconds smoke no fire. I think exploding phones is BS but don't know for sure.

That’s exactly the shape I’m interested in. How do you go about ordering? What price range are we looking at?
They are the tiniest 26650 mod..... I mean small......

This is the steps:
First go to Facebook and look for Mozaic Mod.

Send a request to be accepted into the group.

Contact 4 members and ask them to vouch for you.....

A builder will contact you and ask what mod you request.

I requested the Java mod 26650

He sends you images of Stabwood and Hybrid blocks..... You pick one....

Then you pick the chip, the buttons and the finish of the wood.......

And ask for the high polish look and it will be like glass.....

Total is $710 but with a matchi 510 drip tip and Matchi beauty ring.....

You pay using your PayPal account and the process begins...... The mod will be built when paid....

Make time 7 to 10 days ..... Shipping from Indonesia is included and takes 7 to 15 business days.....

But you are getting a mod made for you !!!!! 03b4248ab8fa1ba5ece6c41514ca69d0.jpeg

The ThorII is working. Just not with the Crown IV! Which is also what busted the JM. Fuck you to Uwell compliments of myself!
The JM I obviously lost the black wire and nut inside. I imagine if Gadget repairs it warranty is void as well. Off to Evolv. I must say Evolv are great folks.
Yeah once a nut or bolt is screw is touched they see that and say this mod has been tampered with..

And they send it back.......

Oh they do look a lot bigger. I love my V2 Kodamas. Fit wonderfully in my hand.

Yeah they are beautiful, but I like feeling the wood and not feeling rough cuts in my hand and they don't look pocket friendly getting snagged in lint and dust going in the cuts ...... And the are like $1,000 bucks.....

I'm almost afraid to use my VA because I paid $800 for it.....

I want to use a mod .......not sitting around... collecting dust and take it out to look at it and charge an admission fee to show it ........

Really dumb question - can you buy the doors or are they wraps for the doors?

My RSQ door is screwed up.and I'd love to find a new door for it!

Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
They are like a wrap. They are stabwood but thin. They have a backing that lets you attach to existing door.

In retrospect the JM was DOA. Remember when I said I had to keep loosening and tightening the battery cap? The ThorII looks very nice with gloss poly. It is overpriced IMO. When Asmodus has 30% off... You get a Thor for $118. That is honestly a steal for what it is. It is certainly not junk by any means. I would put it with VA Duke. $800 Vs $118. You do the math LOL. Thor is also a better Mod than ThorII for several reasons. As far as actual vaping is concerned. I have to kick myself for buying $600+++ Mods then. AT $118 it is awesome. Unless you absolutely must have something "nicer". Plus if you get a Foreign Mod I would opt for an Evolv chip. They will have it fixed and back to you in a week. If you get YIHI they will only fix their chip, not the entire Mod. Then must send to China or wherever it came from. Asmodus also has USA repair. I am sure the tech's at Evolv have worked on Stabwood Mods. The "it is at your own risk" is a fair legal disclaimer due to it's very nature. My luck they split it. If I played the lottery they would probably sue me LOL. That is how bad my luck is. I honestly do not abuse things just very bad luck. I couldn't say a shop that sold me al broken Mods is bad either. No one else has these problems. Luckily for them. Although the ones that interestingly never broke are Asmodus and VA. Go figure, the mass produced ones. I once bought a $800,000 car. The Engine blew the night I got it. I was doing 30 at the time! My luck is like the opposite of Midas Touch. OH, I told Evolv I glued it back. They said no problem. I guess that does not count as opening it. I put it back to no avail HAHA. I actually know Branden. Very good company.

As far as knowing people... Why would 4 people vote in someone they do not know? Or is that just how it works? If I buy another probably from Vapesmarter. Since he stands behind them and is not "hidden" somewhere. I bet you will not like this Manny but I would have some concern about people hiding. Maybe just par for the course I don't know. There are other ways to keep 8 year old's and wankers out though. Anyways I certainly wish no one my misfortune! Buying Mod's overseas is too much risk for me. Although since Stu is "with us" I probably would. People with no Email ETC. is too risky just for me personally.

The company that fixes all their products no matter what and also how old it is..... Is Vicious Ant.......

I bought a Variant Titanium Lipo mod 260 watt and the Lipo went out every 2 months and they would replace it with a new one every time.....

No questions asked.....

Yes VA. Also Asmodus. The amazing thing is Evolv will fix any part of any Mod that contains their board. Not just the board like YIHI and only for 2 years at no cost plus in China. Evolv will fix anything with their board forever. Those companies are the only ones truthfully you are not "afraid" to actually use the Mod. Others may fix it overseas with shipping on you. Shipping overseas is minimum $75 each way. Many other companies do not even provide an Email let alone a phone number. Evolv almost always answers. So does VA and Asmodus. If they do not answer leave a msg. and they call you back within a few hours.

These are the epitome of great companies. Asmodus is warranted for 30 days but they never apply that rule. They will even fix others Mods at a small cost! This is why now I am wary to spend $600+++ on something just because it looks cool. Unless it has an Evolv board! I guess if you just do not care about your investments get whatever. I personally am just now weary since these things will break sooner or later. Or you know how to fix it but void warranty if you need a custom part. Evolv even trusted me and sent Five boards for free! Well, they know who I am. Not sure they do that with everyone. Go these routes and you have a lifetime no questions asked warranty. So long as you do not attempt to self service them. Honestly there is enough to pick from given this.

I prefer Evolv to YIHI anyways. Just watch YIHI give you a hard time, like receipt ETC. Which begs the question Manny. Why are you afraid to use the VA of all things? They stand behind it 100% forever. VA alone has nice enough Mods. I feel in many cases custom may be a bad thing. Save for Stu of course. Although I doubt even Stu will fix it again and again. Stu I do not mean to speak for you, so? Use your VA and Asmodus, anything with Evolv. Save the others! That is just IMO. I only paid like $600 for Duke. The Knight was $850. I do not worry at all about those. Manny, all of those custom Mods will break eventually so I would use them as little as possible. I do not say YOLO about money! I may have some but I hate to waste it.

Manny you said the VA was $800 like it was your most expensive Mod? I would not be afraid to use the heck out of it. Sanding does not void unless you got debris inside to kill it. Interestingly as I said VA and Asmodus are my only Mods yet to fail plus actual YIHI. Mass produced yet! I still have his 360 Watt Variant, 7 years old going strong. Likewise I have 2 Evolv Darwin's still working! YIHI from YIHI should also work forever and not too expensive anyways. The only other company I know with a "forever" practice in place for anything is Logitech. They do not even ask for old one back!

It amazes me that a few Chinese brands are amongst the best ones! Of course most are junk.

I honestly in retrospect just do not like wasting money. People you can't reach, no phone number, $75 shipping..... perhaps why I saved money. I hate wasting it. If you get a custom Mod and it dies in 7 days and you either cannot reach them, unwilling to fix, or $75 shipping ETC. I do not mind in the shop as I have well over 200 mods but If you can't get it fixed you are out of luck. I know there are many pretty Mods but I am just saying be careful. think about this. How mad you will be. I mean anyone. At least I hope so. Someone might save for a few years, it breaks and cannot get it fixed! These are not $35 Mods we are speaking of here. Even a $35 Mod I would RMA. I am very stingy, that is true. I am generous too though.

Thank you for liking the previous post Manny, even though I said something sort of critical. I just try to be realistic and honest.

Yihi has a repair center in New York that's where I just sent my g class..... My VA is just pretty and don't use it since I'm selling it.....

The Duke SX in 26650 are now around $850.00 and they have one with the Stabwood box, it goes for $1,250

My most expensive mods are the Vapedroid X1C2. I have two of them.....

There are 200 examples and they bring anywhere from $1,000 to $1,500 each......

Gorgon I’ve been thinking about the same thing. Spending $1000 on a custom mod might be “dangerous”. It appears that the mod makers come and go from what I’ve been reading. So unless you don’t mind having a beautiful $1000 stabwood paperweight it may make more sense to just buy from established companies even though the mods may not be a one of a kind.

I dunno. It just ran through my mind a few times lately after seeing 2 posts from customers that can’t find the makers anymore. There’s really no recourse.

Mozaic and DPM have been making mods over (5) years..... They are la creme de lacreme......

People kill to own a Mozaic, Mozaic doesn't need to sell to UK vape shops or any retailer ..... He wants to keep his mods between a group of real enthusiast's. People that will not flip his mods...... Real collectors.......

Hundreds of persons all over the world have tons of money and still he won't allow them in his group.....

He knows the type of person he wants showing off his work and collecting his art ......

My Osiris mod the builder is gone.... Closed the doors and closed the shop..... His Facebook page is also gone...... No more Osiris

Now my mod is definitely worth more than what I paid for ..... And I have #154

So still I have something special even though he is gone...... Tell me the mod is ugly as hell....

To me she is beautiful......

Been a week and he updated me and said, your mod is being exterior cut......but nothing serious yet, ..... I can tell it will take a wild......

They can't make a serious mistake or miscut or drill wrong because there is only one Stabwood block........

So I texted him back to take his time and not screw my shit up..... Ha ha.....

Fidola, Every Stabwood Mod is one of a kind. Many have closed shop as you see. I would not buy Mods as an investment Gold bars for instance are an actual investment and a steadfast one at that. Just an example of true investments. Plus if it is broken any way you cut it, it is worth much less. I now have many $600+++ Paperweights. Builders either gone or will not help. Evolv will certainly help. They often have to damage the Mod to repair the internals. Once again making it worth very little. This JM guy blew me off. Luckily I believe the seller will stand behind it once again if Evolv must damage it. Since it was in fact DOA. Stabwoodmods UK. he is a really great guy. It could obviously look like I abused them but he knows I did not and never even accused me of such. It is just misfortune that 2 in a row were DOA. Luckily he stands behind them. Just to be a gentleman myself I told him I will let Evolv look at it before I stick him with it again. Good people deserve good treatment in return IMO. Anyways at best these are no type of investment. At worst you just end up with $600+++ paperweight. Manny is a brave man indeed! At this point I just cannot keep blowing money. Interestingly the ones we discussed previously tend not to break and have real support. It may not be the ultimate one but it is a better bet IMO. Would rather have a broken Corvette or an Impala that works? I do in no way mean to disparage Manny. He too is a good guy, and a brave one at that. Me personally I am just tired of it. Unless money is of no value to you. Again, I am not speaking of Manny. I am speaking of myself personally. YMMV. I certainly have enough to buy them but do not care much for paperweights. Of which I already have about 30 or so. I am done with this. Again, that is just me. Anyone else is certainly welcome do as they please. I am in no way done Vaping however. I shall hereto stick with the brands we previously discussed. Although Manny why are you selling the VA of all things? Also very interesting your most expensive Mods are not in fact Stabwood. Stabwood is not the be all, end all but I do really like it. As for being one of a kind excluding VA most mass produced do not have a number. At that none have serial numbers per se. They just have a 3 digit or so number. To me not worth it. Of course anyone else it just may be, and that is absolutely fine!

Sorry for wall of text, not feeling good. You get to my age stuff goes wrong. I am okay though. Don't worry about me please.

I do not like that for $1,200. The prices have gotten out of hand. Look what happened with Beanie Babies. I fear this is going to be a pretty similar scenario. I would sell the VA now too while the getting is good. That is very early number. Should fetch much more than you paid for it.

I would never touch any of that crap shit again..... Sorry but I had misfortune with the high end 550J chip and several DNA 40 and DNA 75 Chips..... Well one DNA200 too.....

The only one I have had luck with is my DNA75c .......but it has never been updated and all I added was my name.

I have never had a Yihi 350J V2 go bad on me......never..... Even a (4) year old works perfectly......

Phillipines builders, Bali builders, ShriLanka builders, Vietnamese Builders, Russian and Polish builders they use The Yihi SX 350J V2 in all their high end mods........

I wonder why ?

I have grown to love the SX 350J V2... Even now.... I decided to put the 350J in my Mozaic......... I don't need colors, wallpapers, and designs that look pretty.......

I need a chip that works no matter what without having to up to my computer...... Years and years.....

Most of the chips outlast the mods anyway..... That's why a properly soldered Yihi SX 350J V2 in a solid well built wood mod will last a lifetime if not abused......

Mods are not an investment, but Fidola13 wants to buy one and spend her money wisely, we all should......

I buy a mod for $700 or $800 I will sell it for that......

My Osiris was $500 and I was offered $850 on the high end mod group.......

My red Minikin Kodama some girl messaged me with the emoji with hearts over the eyes and said Manny I'll pay you $200 over what you paid for your Minikin V2 Kodama......if you want to sell it........

A week goes by and I get another message Manny have you thought about my offer ?

Might as well sell it if you do not use it. I bet you get at least $1,500. The only thing with evolve is CS. Although you are correct the 75C is their best chip by far. The issue it's effiency sucks. On 26650 not too bad though. Well at 15 Watts LOL. You are also correct that the 350J V2 is the best chip ever made. Forget YIHI CS because you won't be needing it with that one. 550J and 580J not so good. The more complicated they get....Heck, a Mech is the only thing 100% reliable. That is if it is soldered well. I had many 200C break but no 75C. Then it comes down to soldering and 510 ETC. Just bad luck the 510 pulled out of the JM but shame on him for not responding to my Email. They better be well built because these folks do not stand behind them too often. If anyone buys a custom make sure they have a good rep, in business at least 5 years. My opinion. Anything can break. Then it comes down to CS. At least Evolv will fix anything with their boards forever. Although they may have to break a Stabwood to open it. They do not have any replacements for that. They are pretty skilled though. YIHI will give you a hard time plus ship to china. So I would only get 350J V2 from them. If anything else goes wrong with a YIHI powered custom you are at the mercy of the builder then. Plus ship overseas is minimum $75 each way. Although if they have a very good rep it may not fail for many years if at all. Depends on their soldering and stuff. Although anything can go wrong anytime. So make sure other people say they stand behind it. Again, my opinion. Or you know how to fix them yourself than no problem at all. I would say 350J V2 is best chip made to date. It is proven. 75C is okay but being fairly new jury is out on it. 200C has broken on me before. so have all their others. CS is your failsafe so just make sure it is good.

I rip them all apart as soon as I get them to see what kind of quality the offer .... Hard to find good soldering jobs specially from Mass production.....

The best soldering I have seen is from Rebel Vapes.....

Their solder is beautiful...... Trying to remove anything from a solder joint ain't happening without reheating the joint.

I offer always the honest best results I have had and experience with all mods...... And really like Lost Vape..... I have bought mods from them and it takes several months before self distruction......

Most think I'm talking shit about the mods and I'm not ..... I'm just trying to describe how unsatisfied I was with the product......and mainly to help that person from making the mistake I made.....

I hate throwing money away...... Imagine If I was broke and only had the money to buy one mod...... That's it one mod and all I had was $50 bucks...

I tell people to wait a month or two and get a mod for $150 that will last you a year or 1.5 years at least.....

The Wildwolf is my favorite beater upper..... It's nice..... 200 watts and it's simply beautiful and powerful.... For the price of $34.00 dollars.....

The thing is so light and small..... Unbelievable little package ....

But no the broke person I'm talking with wants a Voopoo mod that will last him a month......ha ha.... For $70 bucks.....

That's why I'm not recommending shit anymore...... I'm done recommending

I agree 100% Manny. LV stuff does last but 2-3 months. I agree on everything else you said. I did not know you check under the hood so to say. I am unable to do that and find out the hard way. The mass produced Stabwood brands we had discussed we agreed are good in fact. Most are not. Plus they have great CS on those few. So safe with those. Safe with a custom if you are already sure of what you are getting. JM will be resolved one way or the other but the guy blew me off. Not very nice. Once again I learned the hard way. I do not mean to discourage anyone from anything. Just know what you are getting into. I said the same as you did. What if someone saves for a Mod for months and it breaks in 5 days. Then they will not fix it or take it back. Even if people do have money there is no reason they should waste it IMO. Just be sure what you are getting. Manny could tell me how you open epoxied front plate. It could help me to give advice to Evolv. Although I bet they know how. The disclaimer is because anything can go wrong. If they break it, then the seller will not even take it back. It is really people not Mods we are talking about. Some do not care and have no pride. Others very well do. For instance from what I know I would trust Stu. Mozaic I cannot comment because I do not know. Although they are probably in such high demand for a good reason. JM screwed me and that is very unfair. It was not like months. It was DOA with a loose nut on 510. Obviously he has shown me that he does not care. Luckily the seller is a very good guy. Although I may very well lose this one for over $600. I am tired of that just like you. Stick with brands many people vouch for. I know nothing about Stu other than Stu himself but he seems like a fine Gentleman. There are plenty of good ones and plenty of bad. With my luck....

I like to see the reviews on good mods and why, because they don't get them free..... They pay for their mods......

I did reviews and noticed #1 The company tells you how they want the product reviewed.....

For example the new Geekvape Zeus X
They sent the reviewers a special box, where all the parts of the tank are labeled individually so they make no errors.

Second they send you a document describing what to say, for example it's a leak proof RTA....... Available in so many colors, and remember to say it's leak proof and available here and there .....

This is not a review it's a rehearsal and if you say anything negative they take you off their list and you get no more free stuff or in the high end reviewers you get no check......

Sure the tank is the best, but when you spend money out of your own pocket, it becomes the true review.......

I spend time looking at images, spend time watching videos and spend time talking with people who bought the product...... I do this for months......

Then after I use it for weeks or a month myself, I am able to recommend it...... I recommend mods that sometimes I have used for 2 or 3 years........

I would send that mod back to the seller, or contact the maker..... Some companies just polish and sell it.....

The main person to contact is the builder...... I'm going to sell some mass produced mods and have a couple that are mine *example The Mozaic*.......

I picked everything the way I want it....
And when you spend a month on The Mozaic group you know what you are purchasing.......

Enough about Mozaic let's pic a new topic......

Stabwood..... Show your woodies......

I did not mean to upset you Manny. My bad, I apologize.
No not upsetting me at all..... You seem too calm about it..... I would be pissed...... You order something that you expected and they sent you shit.....

It's upsetting and you should do something about it. .....

It did not terribly upset me it broke. Shit happens. What pisses me off is apparently the guy does not give a fuck. Evolv breaks it, I cannot return to vendor. Another $600+ paperweight. It really does make me mad but I am not one to vent anger publicly or call people out. Even if they deserve it. I try to be the "better" man in these circumstances. I do not chuck it or anything. That is just fruitless IMO. My luck it hits $150,000 Ming Vase anyways LOL.

View attachment 133688 This little mod has been worth every penny it cost. Have been using it daily, and has taken the place of my Triade (which is now just collecting dust on a shelf somewhere).
She's a beautiful thing..... Many folks now her secret...... But others don't....

I dearly love mine..... I could eat her out...... That didn't sound right......

Just keep buying items that break and nobody cares....... If you can accept it, cool more power to you.....

You can ship it to England and wait, you have plenty of time and patience...

I don't because it sounds like someone is getting over on me..... And that ain't happening and specially for $600 bucks.....

That's a nice Steak and Lobster dinner for two....... Ha

Or three Minikin Kodamas.........
