You know, taxes on vapor products are really wrong, and I've arranged things to ensure that I personally will never have to pay a dime in such taxes, strictly as matter of principle.
But: If a 40% tax on vapor products makes someone go back to smoking, they're just looking for an excuse to do so. With a little effort, a person can vape forever for ~$10 a month. Does it really matter if that cost rises to $14? Can smoking possible be cheaper than that?
