best pure nic or nicotine blend?

I've been diy-ing for years and I'm still using old bottles of 100mg nicotine and bases, well the jug of vg is a lot newer than the other two, but I guess a lot has changed since last I had to order nicotine. I see now that nicotine blends are commonplace. Might be more convenient to just order a jug of 6mg nicotine and get it 70vg/30pg and add my flavors to that. Is this economical or would it be cheaper for me to stick with buying each base fluid individually? Also I'm looking for a nicotine that will give me a good throat hit even at 5-6mg as that is my adv level. Any good supplier recommendations for a 6mg 70vg/30pg blend? Or a good supplier of the ingredients individually if that's still cheaper.

Buying 100mg nic is less expensive than buying 6mg nic with VG PG added.
And will likely last longer.
Nic may well become difficult to get in the not too distant future due to FDA regs or somesuch.
I am actually surprised they have not yet taken action on it.
VG and PG should not become an issue.

ok this is pretty much what I expected. Any recommendations for good nicotine? I wish I could remember the previous company I bought from cause this current bottle doesn't seem to give as good of a throat hit.

No idea from here. I bought 4 liters from MFS about 3 years ago and still have over 3 liters left in the freezer in 120 ml glass bottles.
Still clear and no pepper taste.

What's nicotine salt? Sounds terrible
It has a different composition than freebase nic. Designed to be used at high amounts (20mg or higher) but not have the harsh throat hit. Also absorbs into the blood stream quicker and supposedly has a longer shelf life.

I don't like salts because I need a throat hit. Otherwise I feel like I'm sucking on air. You can inhale for 20 seconds and not feel a throat hit. To me that's not satisfying.

There are nic salts you can get that do have a throat hit but I've never tried them.

Shit I'm trying to find stuff that actually keeps a really good throat hit so I guess salts wouldn't be good for me. I may be an oddball though cause a few other people have said my fluids and setup kick like a mule, but they seem crazy smooth to me.

On a similar note. I vape a lot of tobacco-ey and/or dessert flavors and I notice after a few hours my breath is horrible. Flavors like ry4 from tfa, vanilla swirl and vanilla cupcake, plus various tobacco flavors from flavourart. I brush my teeth like 3 times a day cause it even makes my teeth feel dirty.

I was thinking of ordering from nude nicotine, but I read on multiple places about long wait times and terrible customer service. Anyone have experience with this? Their hit version of their salts sounds interesting

I would never buy blends because even though I vape 3MG there are times I need to make some 24MG and with blends at 6MG it can't be done unless of course you have some 48/72/100 sitting around.
