Interesting day thus far. Ended up having to go into Vancouver as my sister in law ended up in the psych ward due to schizophrenia, and today was apparently her birthday. Baby and I stayed in the car, as that probably isn't the most appropriate place for a 1 year old.

To be honest, the car wasn't a particularly appropriate place either. Air conditioning was kicking, streaming tv, but the hospital just happened to be smack dab in the middle of the "Pride" celebration, and some of those costumes were... Risque. Lol.

Glad my boy is too young to talk, because I'm not ready for that conversation quite yet. Not sure how to explain why that man was wearing a leather mask shaped like a dogs dogs head, leashed, and being walked by someone else. Largely because I don't know myself. Haha.

Brought both the rx200 w/ Reload as well as the IPV D2 w/ v1 Goblin mini today, and have been rotating between them, so a good Vape day.

Afterwards, we brought my son to a park near our house for some fresh air and sunshine on the playground. Now, back at home, couchbound, watching The Simpsons, and lightly fogging the room.
Sorry to hear that about your sis - in - law. That's a tough disease. I used to work with schizophrenia patients as a psych nurse & it was one of the hardest jobs I've ever had. I hope things work out for her.

Vaped on the Back Patio and the Front porch while cooking dinner on the Grill and after trying to relax but because of all the rain it was too damn buggy aside from the freaking heat and humidity~! Have to agree vaping is much better in the A/C.................

Took my Dad to lunch at a Clam Bar on the Gold Coast drove the scenic route passed all the mansions and horse farms. Was a nice afternoon with lunch outdoors and fresh seafood~! Before I got to post the pictures here Google created a Panorama for me so I can post just one~!

Well the crushed cars would be empty of all fluids but that smoke was all the plastic and rubber.

Yup, though even after being emptied they're still full of residual fluids I'd imagine.

I kept the ac on recirc. Didn't need that getting into my wick!

Yeah they can't get it all out like what is in hoses and such but the rest of the vehicle has so much flammable shit.

As long as it wasn't too close to home and no one got injured.
It wasn't far away from my place actually, but luckily the wind was blowing it all in the other direction, across the river. Happily, no injuries to report that I'm aware of. The barge was docked at a recycling place, and everything immediately surrounding it is all industrial for a few blocks.

Luckily it didn't jump anywhere and start anything else aflame. It's been extremely hot and dry here lately, so things could have gotten really bad, really quickly, had the wind been blowing inland.

Just drove past again a few minutes ago, and it's out, but the fire department is still there soaking everything down to ensure it doesn't reignite. Good bunch, those firefighters.

Oh sure a Barge of crushed cars can reignite because of a cinder sitting on a piece of interior or some gas or oil drips on a hot piece of metal. I have seen a boat get sunk because they continued to pump water on it. Luckily the lines held fast or it could have gotten loose.

It was all piled quite high as well, so making sure it's good and soaked to it's core could take days.

We've got a large pete bog south of us which has caught fire a few times now, and because the moss goes so deep it usually burns for weeks underground before they're finally able to completely extinguish it. Just when they think they've got it, it pops up somewhere else. As a result, the smoke hovers and you can smell it strongly from a remarkably large radius. Glad we haven't had to deal with that one this year... Yet, anyway.

So, in celebration of not catching fire or inhaling black death, I'm having a couple of 1664 Blancs, and some tasty lemon poppyseed vapor care of the reload rta. Pretty good finish to the day.

Vaped on the second story porch of a fort my neighbor is finishing building for his kid's Fortnite themed birthday party tomorrow while helping put in some floor board screws. This thing is frigging amazing & is almost completely built out of pallets & scrap wood. All the kids in the neighborhood are gonna be at their house everyday now... YES!

Yes they are! If my dad had built this thing for me when I was a kid I would have been so stoked! And when I say 2 stories, I mean 2 stories that an adult can comfortably stand in.

I was up too early this morning so I was doing things around the house. Now I am fucking tired so I may have an afternoon cup of coffee which is a total rarity for me. Usually no coffee after lunch except for an Espresso after a good meal. Hmmm maybe I will have an Espresso?
