Order just got here. Everything smells amazing! Will be making a few mixes later on today. Is there any good vt recipes floating around with the flavors I got.

Maybe wing it with a warm toffee custard?

Arabica coffee tastes like taking a coffee bean and chewing it whole. I really like it. I just mixed it with Devon cream and Sweet cream......I think it needs a steep for the creams to come out, but I think it’s gonna be yummy.

Edit: so now I wanna take that and make chocolate covered espresso beans. My kids call them “go beans”....cause you go, go, go when you eat em!

Vape Train hopping this morning!

The beginnings of the chocolate covered espresso bean(aka go bean) recipe....

VT Arabica Coffee 1%
VT Dark Chocolate 1.5%
FA Fresh Cream 0.5%

Gonna let it sit a day, but so far, dark chocolate doesn’t have that twang that other chocolates have....I like that. It’s simple, but something to build on. :)

Some FA oba oba might give you the crunchy outer coating.

That sounds really nice. I'm adding the dark chocolate to my cart now.

Has anyone tried the creme brulee, almond or pear?
Have a recipe that needs these using FA.
Got a cart running at vape train, but they don't do flavorart.
The shipping costs ordering from different outlets is the killer for me ATM.

On another note, the avocado@ 3% is awesome in my mixes to give me that thick custard feel without the taste. I can't stand custard. It is also good for bulking up frosting in your cake mixes. Creamy and bulking smooth are how I describe it.

Creme Brulee is good.....I think INW might be a touch better, though.....haven’t tried the other two.

I reckon I would add about 1% tiramisu, and I am tasting it in my head right now!
So here’s the updated version.....

VT Arabica Coffee 1%
VT Dark Chocolate 1%
Cap Sweet cream 2%
Fa Tiramisu .5%
Fa Meringue .75%

It is resting. V1 was just a little too bitter. I swapped out FA fresh cream for Caps sweet cream, added a little Fa Tiramisu and meringue. We’ll see how this one works out.

V3 drops Arabica to 0.5%......also adding VT Chocolate Milk at 1%. Getting better!

That will work out nice I reckon. Nice evening vape.
I'm interested to see what you think of the VT arabica coffee over fa espresso.
I like strong coffee, and I often use marzipan to sweeten.

I pulled out all my coffees.....Fa espresso rivals VT Arabica....but Arabica, for me, definitely tastes like taking a whole espresso bean and chewing it. It even smells like opening a bag of whole dark beans....FA espresso seems a touch smoother somehow....like a liquid version of Arabica, which makes sense. And marzipan and coffee? Yum yum yum.....I’m really hoping this works. It’s only v2 and I’m pretty determined to make chocolate covered espresso beans!

I get ya.
I have not tried those beans, but I remember when my friend ate some and she would not shut up talking lol.
You are after an edible sensation rather than a beverage coffee. Tricky, but I know you can do it!

I call it three two one..
I forgot about it, I had it mixed up about five weeks ago, then our sons 30th took my brain over. It turned out bloody beautiful, I am quite shocked.

VT golden syrup 3%
INW biscuit 2%
FA cream fresh 1%

I grew up with golden syrup, and I can really taste it. Its not overwhelming sweet, I was worried that it was going to be.
The biscuit is a nice absorber.
The cream binds it together and smooths. I love cream fresh, it is one I use most.
It was a good four weeks steep.
Not a heavy vape, but nice body.

I can see golden syrup could help with tobacco mixes.
I will try that next

I found a Maple Syrup Stone recipe that uses Golden Syrup. The maple syrups I've tried have all been lacking so maybe this will do the trick.

I hope you enjoy it. Golden syrup is made from sugarcane, it is caramelized somehow. Just a unique taste that stays with you, if you had it as a kid. It is not sickly like you would expect from sugar. Maple syrup is good, and maybe golden syrup is a cross between honey, maple syrup and treacle??
We used to have golden syrup dumplings, google the recipe. Wild gypsy is on it lol.

I'm pretty sure we didn't have that in New England when I was a kid. I've seen it here in the markets and I've probably had it over the years without knowing it. I'm looking forward to vaping it.

Just mixed this up.....too easy to let it slide by. A four week steep is easy for me when I have 30+ experiments to deal with.:)

I am surprised, usually I try to be too elaborate with my recipes, but I did this in a hurry, then forgot about it.
I can even taste brandy snaps. I like it because it turned out not too sweet for me

I live in Australia, I don't think America had golden syrup??

I'm sure it can be found in places like NYC, but I haven't lived there in 20 years so I don't know. I've spent all this time working and hanging out with lots of Brits and the British influence is huge in the UAE. That's why I know so much about the British culture...if you could call it a culture. :)

Brits are pretty down to earth.
I love America, went there about sixteen years ago, and I dragged a husband back to Australia with me :inlove:
Have been back four more times.
The shopping is awesome. Australia is expensive.
We have a good Medicare system though, that every Australian gets entitled to.

I will get more organised, and take samples and notes with new recipes, at different steep stages. I am going to do another small batch of my recipe, because I am a dickhead, and I should have paid attention to the profile of the golden syrup at different stages.

Keep me posted.
I can't think of a recipe to replicate dumplings
http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/2416357/love peach dumplings

Have you tried this one? The guy is from australia, and while I've never been there and the recipe doesn't include golden syrup, I'm not sure if that would be something you're looking for. The GS could easily be added tho.

Just to rant...I wish bcv would stock (VTA) love.... I want to try it as well as other ones that are not available here in the US lol.

He uses vta croissant, I haven't tried that one yet, but it's in my cart for when I can afford to check out
We are trying to come up with a light, not sweet or crusty dumpling that cooks itself by simmering spoonfuls into a warm syrup golden syrup.
The golden syrup is actually very good with the right taste, and it is syrupy, buttery and warm on its own really, after a steep, it really is a great flavour to have.
I haven't tried love, although I read a bad review somewhere that put me off.
I would like to see VTA run a few specials on their website, or at least offer a deal with shipping after you spend a certain amount.
If they offered some different brands of flavors also, they would do really well.
You guys in USA have good deals with places like BCF.
I even did a big order from BCF, and even though I paid thirty dollars to ship to Australia, I got more for my money than if I purchased everything here.
I would rather spend my money in Australia, and I usually buy local, but nobody had the flavors I was looking for at the time.
I will stop whinging now lol.
