I accidentially put my batteries in incorrectly, in my smok alien 220 last night. I then started charging them and a few min later smelled a burning plastic bad smell. I realized it was my smok. Carefully unplugged it and touched it and it was very hot. Now i cant get the batteries out... they are stuck inside the mod. Can anyone help me here on an easy way to get them out wo ruining the mod..if its not already.. ugh. Thanks.

Supposedly the Smok Alien has reverse battery protection but onboard charging may have caused that to nullify. Personally I would buy another mod and an external charger. Not worth the risk to try to use it imo.

Stay away from smok as well ...if thier reverse polarity didn’t work should tell you a lot 
Thing Id be concerned about though is that mod going up at some point be careful when recycling it please don’t just lob it in the trash ...if you have some insulator tape put it over the battery terminals you can see and leave the door open

Thanks , I was actually just thinking of this exact thing. I still cant get the batteries out... i was thinking of carefully unscrewing the mod casing and just removing them that way, and then recycle. Also wld prevent the mod from being used again.Stay away from smok as well ...if thier reverse polarity didn’t work should tell you a lot

Yes the reverse polarity sure did not work LOL. Only took maybe 10 min or less for the mod to be too hot to touch. It still has that nasty smell too.Stay away from smok as well ...if thier reverse polarity didn’t work should tell you a lot
