Mixed up a new recipe tonight:

Grape Soda (Flavor West) 15%- I know this seems high, but Flavor West flavors seem extraordinarily weak.
Rainbow Candy (CSL) 3%
Cotton Candy (Flavor West) 5%

I was a bit skeptical of using so many sweet flavors, but it is a really flavorful smooth vape! I am also painfully aware that my recipes are quite basic, but that seems to be where my palate is happy. I am considering making an attempt at a strawberry /dragonfruit/cheesecake soon. Tinkering & steeping a good attempt at the Strawberry /dragonfruit part first. Still has about 1-2 more weeks of steep time.

Can't really help with the cheesecake part, but I can maybe help with the dragonfruit and strawberry. You can maybe try this out:
5-6% TFA dragonfruit, if you don't mind some light floral notes you can use .25% - .5% of INW dragonfruit with the TFA
1% INW shisha strawbery or 1.5% FA juicy strawberry

Just an idea, let me know how the strawberry/DF cheesecake goes, I'm just getting into cheesecake and I think I'd really enjoy it.

If my current recipe I have steeping isn't decent I will have to give that a try. This will be my 2nd attempt at a cheesecake recipe. My first was when I first got into DIY & it was tragic. Experience, it seems, can be quite a huge benefit, lol!

@Teresa P OMG I just found a 1 year old bottle of Kreed's Kustard I had stashed away! Well, 5 days short of being a year old. I mixed it 4/19/17. Anyway, it got loaded into a brand new Underground (clone) squonker with a Gorge topper. 0.3 ohm 2x26 SS316L/40 Ni80 fused clapton and I'm in heaven. The only problem is it will be gone soon...:sad: I guess I need to mix up a liter to forget about... :giggle:

Y'all ever get ready to mix and look through your flavors, and just wonder, "When the hell did I buy some of you?"

Alright, just some light stuff tonight:
Dragon's Grove(WIP)
Just Grape(WIP)
INW dragonfruit at 1.5%
Red Dragon Custard

YES!! Longest I've made it is 6 months from a 500ml, but I have this on a shelf, just waiting. By the time I get to the bottom, I suspect it will be topped with a halo and surrounded by vaping cherubs....LOL!!

So do you have a recipe I can mix up? I looked on ELR, but there are 41 variations...

I adapted it from another recipe and tweaked it a bit and added the pistachio.
It's a constant game isn't it lol. Love the fact you never even tried the recipe. We all get to a point where we pretty much know how it is going to turn out after years of doing it. But then sometimes things surprise me, like FA maple syrup and jamaican rum together initially smell like open butthole but turn into something tasty lol.

Is it milky or dry? Mine used to be Captain Obvious but lately it's been off. Will need to investigate this alfalfa you speak of, thanks!

Out of curiosity, I was wondering what do you guys/gals use to add your VG to your mixes when mixing? When I was just doing 10ml testers I just used a 30ml bottle for my vg and when I started 30ml bottles of juice I switched to a 60ml bottle for my VG and it’s just annoying the hell out of me (not to mention it’s messy) having to refill my VG bottle after making only 1 or 2 bottles of juice.
I know everyone has their different ways, so, I’m not naive enough to ask what is the best way...but what is the best way for you guys (and something easily controllable that can go from squeezing out a high volume flow down to a dripping flow quickly is a massive positive for me).
No wrong answers here...just picking the brains of my betters so that I can continue being lazy rather than breaking out a scientific method approach like actually just trying things to see what happens :shudders:

I use those plastic Ketchup and Mustard bottles you used to see in diners. I cleaned the hell out of them and they work fine.

Do they still have diners in the US?

I use these, you can get them on Amazon for a song. Different sizes, mine are 947ml, I think.

I got a couple of the vg/pg bottles from liquid barn and they work perfect. I believe the vg is a quart container and the pg is 250ml? Idk but either way it was worth the purchase just for the bottles and twist caps lol.

I just use a regular old 120ml unicorn bottle, refilling is a pain, but I haven't mixed anything larger than a 30 ml in awhile, so it's not too bad.

I purchased my first PG and VG in 240ml bottles from Vape Wild. They came with regular flat caps, but also included were two conical caps that you can twist open and closed. I've just been using those and refilling them as needed. I mix most of my juice 50/50, though, so for that I can just measure the finished mix bottle and mark it halfway up. I fill my pg to that spot, then add nic, flavors, and vg to fill up the bottle. Easy peasy. Doesn't matter to me if I'm a percent or two off on the PG - matter of fact, a little more toward 60/40 pg probably works better for me. Also just ordered calibrated cylinders to mix in, for when I make juice for sub-ohm tanks.

Since I just started mixing by weight I just bought restaurant ldpe 500 ml dropper bottles for pg and vg. Unscrew the cap and squeeze :)

Nicotine I transfer a smaller amount to a 60 ml bottle and keep the rest in glass airtight.

I mixed this up again last night because I ran out. Hope someone tries it because it's really good. It's a really good SnV but after a few days it smooths out and becomes great.

I just started my icecream quest the last few months. This looks goood. Don't have the LB though, but will add to list.

I have RF Vanilla Ice Cream but not Super, guess I'll need both now!

Mixed up a really good Big Red last night. To me, better than the Hangsen Cinnamon I've loved for years because it's smoother and sweeter.

Cinnamon Red Hots (TFA) 4.6%
Cream Cheese Icing (LA) 1%
Lemonade (VW) 1.8%
Sweetener (VW) .15%

S&V. Sweet!
