Grimm Green Edition Mi Pod by Smoking Vapor - Review

This is my review of the Limited Edition Mi Pod by Smoking Vapor. The Mi-pod is a super compact innovative electronic refillable pod system with a 2ml E-liquid capacity and a custom-made 950mAh built-in high-drain lithium battery. Featuring a patented OAS system (Oil and Air Separated), with top airflow and no leaking design. It supports both disposable cartridges and refillable cartridges. Furthermore, the Mi-pod comes with manual auto-draw, 3-color power indicators, stealth mode and a micro USB port.

I think this is a classy looking device, and the specs are up together but what do I really think? Press play to find out...
All opinions are my own and would always watching a number of different videos before making a decision to buy a product.

Grimm just came out with a new Squonker. DJLsb just reviewed it. Impressive.
Yes the SQ Sqonker, a little bit pricey for me at £189.00. Only 350 being made I believe

of what exactlly
I accept you don't like Grimm for your own reasons. But forgive my sensitivity but I take offence when you do it underneath my review. I do these reviews for two reasons, one, because I enjoy testing out new stuff and enjoy making videos and two, to give the public an informative, unbiased review, the light it may come in useful when one might be parting with one's hard earned cash.

grimm just put his name on an existing squonker, same as this mi pod thing. it's all about the dollars, nothing else.

you forgot to list the 3rd reason you do these reviews: the dollars from your YT channel and site, same as the other reviewers you praise

persoanly I think he should go back to selling life insurance..he was much more believable in that role, than the suburban hipster role.

You obviously don't know the new rules. In order to get monitised you need at least 1000 subscribers and 4000 viewing hours per year. I only started a few months ago and am very happy with my 300 subs but fall way short on viewing hours. I also purchase everything I review out of my own pocket. It's not about the money for me but for those that do make some, fair play, it's like having a second job anyway the amount of time that is required in order to produce each video. As long as the reviewer remains unbiased, and gives an honest review, that's all that matters to me.

What do you mean pulsevape, are you implying that some are promoting rather than reviewing?

The majority of them do it, or have you've been hiding under a stone and ignoring how most of these reviewers get their gear and some of their money from?
Many reviewers will charge a vendor to do a review for their gear, some reviewers have been upfront about it and told us this, so why are you trying to imply otherwise?

Ian, why are you trying to wind me up? I was asking @pulsevape what he was talking about, wasn't implying anything. I know of some that have admitted getting paid to push the product up the queue, but other than that the ones I watch, as far as I know do not get paid for actually reviewing the product. I have no proof either that they do or do not. Obviously, those with high subscriber counts receive free items for the purpose of review. Anyway, I pay for my products and review in my own opinion. I don't see what all the drama is about? As long as the reviewer is upfront and transparent about whether they are being paid or not I don't think there is an issue.

If I may; Phil, Rip, Tony, Nick and Daniel have earned all accolades due in respect to review status. Let's not forget other A reviewers, Mike, Matt, Mike, Mark, Vic, Zophie, Ruby, Jai, to name a few.

I feel as if the opportunity to collaborate with each manufacturer could be mutual. The marketing team is looking for a new product and they see how passionate some of the above reviewers are about certain product. In an attempt to create a better product, the reviewer may very well contact the manufacturer. Or vice versa.

I do not feel all or are sell-outs. A joint venture in business is business. I was told by a few vendors to hold off on reviews until their "partner" reviews the product first.

There are several aspects of what goes on beyond our comprehension. However, limited editions are just that. Take the actual product for what it is worth to you as a consumer. The first being efun.top to wait for Rip.

That's my penny's worth. Whether you agree or not. I'm not here to get into a heated conversation. I just wanted to give you my view.

I think you're getting the wrong end of the stick MF_Vape , and why do you think I'm trying to wind you up?

Any reviewer with a large subscriber count will earn the majority of their money from YouTube themselves, the gear they review now will nearly always be given to them for free to review, and some reviewers will be asked to put a review on top of they list with the incentive of money by a manufacturer, I can see no harm on that.

Reviewers will also have sponsorship from certain manufacturer, again I can see no harm in that.

And what happens with the gear thay have been giving for free, after a review some of this gear is given away as freebies, some of it they may sell on themselves earning them more money, good for them I say.

I could go on and on but I won't because I have nothing againts reviewers earning money, they have put in a lot of hard work and their time for these reviews, and if they were not good at what they were doing they would get the number of reviews needed to get paid by YouTube.

Most of the biggest reviewers are doing this full time and it is also their full time job, and I would of thought that they are earning a very large amount of money from doing this, I have nothing against this at all, I believe that they should get paid for all the hard work they have put into their reviews, they are not only entertaining but also educational to us vapers on what gear is good or bad.
