If you had a problem with a vendor, you'd say so.;)

Sure if I ever did, but here would not be my first course of action. I guess I must be a Very Educated Consumer since I have never had an issue with any vape vendor or any other online purchase. Lucky or smart you decide but to immediately side with a person with one post is kind of ignorant in my opinion.

I don't side with anybody. One post or not, the guy had an issue. And Breazy took care of it. I don't have an axe to grind with either of them.

And yes, it's good to be an educated consumer. That's why I bother to read threads like this. And that's why I say Breazy might want to fix whatever is causing some people to come to VU as first time posters to lodge complaints. :)

meh. I'm starting to think there is something to it. It's all well and good that Dominick takes care of those that find VU, but they shouldn't have to find VU.

And all of them have had ligit complaints. I'm an old fart and for $152, I'd raise hell myself. There would be no honey in postings, lol.

Anyway, whatever is happening, Breazy might want to work on getting issues resolved before people resort to finding VU to complain. It's not looking good.
Want to know what really happened ? I feel I have to do this and usually I don’t put peoples bussiness out there. Every time you see a crazy post here it’s usually their fault. The system that verifies a person couldn’t verify him. So the next step is we have to see an ID. He didn’t have one. So what are we supposed to do jeapordize our business ? Even at that we still took care of it and went out of the way to help him.

I refuse to upload ID for any company, that's too much personal info floating out there for any hacker to latch onto (says the woman who's had to replace her bank card half a dozen times in a one year time frame, as well as a PP debit card). As long as I've been on this earth, working steadily and paying taxes, I should be very easy to verify with my birth date and the last four of my social. If more information is "required," I'll cancel the order and go with another vendor, especially if it's requested to order something like...a bag of cotton. I don't play that shit, there are too many options out there.

I use an old license with all information BLACKED OUT except for Birth Date. I have had to provide a copy of my ID many times for other things aside from vape purchases so it was already scanned and ready.
Not worth the effort to me. I'll just go somewhere else.
They tried that at Lightning Vapes last year when I ordered a couple of battery chargers, requested an ID upload. I ignored the request and they shipped my chargers. But if anyone insists, I take my money elsewhere.

I had to go back and read his post again. Apparently you took his money before you verified. When the verification didn't go through, you had his money and he had nothing. That's an issue. As another poster, @Teresa P , explained, if there is a verification problem we can just go elsewhere. But we can't go elsewhere if you have our money. That was his complaint.

So, is this true? Do you except payment before the verification?

If you do, I'd think strongly about the order of the transaction. A novel idea, how about age verification before withdrawls from a persons account. I find it disconcerting that I could pay for something and have my money tied up only to find out you can't ship the product. Then you have my money and I can do nothing but wait for it to be refunded so I can go somewhere else.

If you do accept payment before verification, I'm a bit concerned that you don't view this as a problem on your end.

To be clear, I'd be pissed to find out there was a verification problem after I gave someone my money. I'd probably just move on if there was a problem before I paid.

And sometimes it takes a few days to refund to the original payment source. That much more of a pain in the arse.

I have to check on that. I think if you put an order through it comes to our attention that the verification didn’t work and we contact you. If the order wasn’t placed and what you wanted sold out then when the verification was done you’d have nothing and be pissed also. But I’ll find out for sure when I get back from California.

Read back a few posts. We follow the rules. We are not going to risk our business for a few dollars we may make in an order. So when the places that don’t follow the laws go out of business don’t wonder why they did.

I placed an order on 11/27 and paid extra 12.99 for 2 day shipping. On 12/3 I received an email that my order had shipped and as if today 12/5 USPS tracking shows they have yet to receive the package for shipping. I emailed customer service because the website shows processed in 24 hours, I was told due to high order volume processing was 2-3 days. In addition paying for expedited shipping does not improve processing time. It has now been 9 days and my package has not even left the facility. While the price was cheaper than other sites the processing time is not worth the 10-15 I saved. I could have ordered from Vapor Autority and used free 3-5 day shipping and paid about the same, and I'd already have my mod.
I'm new to vaping (trying to quit smoking) and saw Breazy somewhere on a "Top 10" list. I need to find elsewhere too. I should have read the shipping info but just thought that once I ordered and paid, my stuff would be on the way. Not so apparently. Now I will be traveling in about 2 weeks and probably won't have my device. When I ordered, I chatted that I was a newbie and asked if the starter kit I ordered would have everything I needed to get going. I was told that all I'd need was "juice" so I added that to the order. When I saw something online about vaping, I went back and asked if the batteries were included. Nope. Thank goodness Amazon had those. The batteries will be here tomorrow. Who knows when I will have the device... I need suggestions for other places with better shipping times. I will pay more for that.

Seriously??? That would be awesome. My order is number #272826 and is still sitting there "unfulfilled" as of just a few seconds ago. I would LOVE to get this before I travel. It's hard out here for a new non-smoker! I don't know what other info you would need. Do I just post it here?

There are too many online retailers who do not age verify and I don't see any going out of business, so you can't really use that argument for an excuse for your sometimes age verification issues. I have looked and there are more than a few complaints about it.

Hey thanks for firing up this whinging bitch thread again to tell us
how you endorse shops who break the law and throw legal shops under the bus.

You haven't the slightest clue which shops have gone under, much less why.

It never ceases to amaze me how and why people come to the vaping underground to complain. Is there some thread on reddit or something that says go to the VU to complain lol. I handle another forum and never received a single negative post or complaint ! We get the finest here lmao

Don't endorse shops who break the law, most don't verify online and their still here, I use them all the time and your welcome.

I didn't complain, just stating what I see. I was about to use Breazy for the first time to buy two tanks so I do like I always do and research first. Sorry if mostly what I found was people complaining about orders screwed up over age verification. Not worth the trouble, Have a good day.

I've purchased from @Breazy_Com over a dozen times. I've never had a single issue with the age verification or the time of delivery.

Sorry if I took it wrong. As you can see in multiple posts people sign up to complain then I help them and they never come back and say “Hey not only did they help us but they threw something extra in for the troubles” I get irritated because if someone has a question or issue they can simply message me without making posts that make us look bad. I even put a thread in the vendor forum as to what to do if you have an issue with us. We’ve been in business for years and in the VU for years so we are stand up and reputable. If something happens we take care of it. Annnnnnnnd were in the good old USA so you have a better chance of getting something corrected quickly.

@Breazy_Com has always done right by me and I can pretty much guarantee they will make right by you!
I wish I still had that confidence with Breazy.com. I feel like they're going down hill, and quick! I don't know if they've grown too big too fast, or maybe they've made changes in management?? I've made numerous transactions with Breazy. They were the very first online vaping supplier I bought from, and I have made numerous recommendations to family members and coworkers on their behalf. So I used to have nothing but love for that company, but then I started seeing a pattern developing. Shipping got to be way too slow, and way too often. Then I had a mod go bad and wasn't able to exchange it because it was a day beyond the 30 day guarantee mark, but I'd only had it for two weeks, but they go by the date of purchase. I still continued to do business with Breazy, however that isn't likely to happen after what I just recently witnessed/experienced.. I really don't wanna continue my little bashcharade, & I can', or probably shouldn't, say what I believe to be true on here. Just understand that, undoubtedly, there are numerous complaints about the business conduct of Breazy, on numerous levels! I myself, will take my chances ordering from over seas before giving them another dime of my money! On a good note.. I recently found a company called FireVapor.com that has blown me away with PHENOMENAL customer service, and super fast shipping!

I still don’t get it. Anyone who’s asked for help or assistance I’ve given it to them. Not only making the issue right but often asking the home office to throw in something extra for the troubles. We did move the warehouse to Las Vegas. It’s bigger and the time difference allows us to fill east coast orders later. However I will say the post office out there has been an issue. I called the postmaster myself. I hope it gets fixed. The mailman is not scanning in packages. So if we ship something it indefinitely says pre shipment till it shows up at your door and people think we didn’t ship their item. It happened to me and my son twice ! So I feel the pain. So it’s not always us. And if something goes bad right after our time frame anyone is welcome to come to me so I can see what I can do for you. Hope this clears up some things.

I have since used Breazy occasionally, but my new spot is Electronic Tobacconist (fast & careful shipping) and I tried Vapewild for first time a couple weeks ago. Have been out of town so I don't know what the VW items look like or how carefully they were packed. I think it's good to give a shop at least a 2nd shot, then you can't say you didn't give it at least one more go.

Here’s a perfect example of what’s going on with the Vegas post office. Our warehouse guy shipped two packages yesterday. One for me one for my son. They’ve been picked up but still say pre shipment. The mailman is NOT scanning the packages in ! At this point I’m not sure what can be done. I’ve called and I know Arnie is trying to get an account rep with the post office out there. This is going to give us so much heartache and it’s not even our fault. There’s an Amazon fulfillment center there and I guess that makes us step kids. I don’t know what possessed them to move out there. The Jersey post office was doing a pretty good job. I looked up reviews for the post office in the town in Vegas where the warehouse is and they’re laughable at best lol. Oh well guess I’m going to take a beating for a while till this gets fixed :)

I can vouch for Breazy's statement about the USPS.
I ship a few items a month. Always with tracking provided.
Many times I have watched the clerk not scan them in. Just get thrown into a large bin,
When I ask about it, They tell me it will be scanned when it hits Chicago's hub.
I keep track of them and many times the package doesn't show movement until it has been delivered.

I would like to cash in on that guarantee. I have ordered several times from them and they have sent the wrong order twice. They didnt accept responsibility either time so I am out $80 for each order. I would avoid Breazy and use Element Vape. I should have stayed with them but I moved to the East Coast and thought I would give a company out here the benefit of the doubt. My fault.

Any asshole with one post knocking a Vendor is just full of shit and if they actually provided an order number maybe it would be believable! @Breazy_Com from those of us who have enjoyed the Excellent Service you have provided we have your back!
Ok here you go you arrogant dick.
ORDER #339389
Who is more believable someone taking the time to sign up to a forum to let you know Breazy ripped me off and did nothing to rectify the situation or someone like you who spends all his time in a vape forum claiming his maturity? This is the second time they have cost me $80 so this isnt a one time incident. Perhaps instead of calling others liars you should pull your head out of Breazys ass and ask for evidence first. Dick

You really should stop sucking up to them, do you get free juice? Here is the open request number, Your request (182366) has been updated. You really need to get outside, get some exercise, some sun. Do you whore yourself out to every vendor or do you choose which ones to will be a bitch for? How do you choose? What difference does it make that they correct an issue if they continuously make the same mistake, which they have twice now in about 10 orders. It could be that I am wrong and you are not a complete douche and they are a really good company. Nah, you are a douche.

So here I go signing in all happy and I find this lol. I have had no contact with anyone so this is the usual shocker to me. @eqlypse id be happy to help. Email [email protected] and tell him Dominick from the VU told you to contact him. I will give him a heads up also. I don’t mind a complaint but I would have liked to have know about it first. Like I always say if there’s ever an issue and given the opportunity we always make it right. @SteveS45 thank you for the vote of confidence. @eqlypse some of the members get upset because they know me here for years and know I always do my best to help. It does bother me also to see a complaint and not have had the opportunity to help first that’s all. Let me know the outcome and if it’s not resolved quickly I can try to do more. As far as the wrong orders I don’t know the specifics. I do know the warehouse was moved to Las Vegas and I do know that means new workers to train and get up to speed. The jersey people we had didn’t move with the warehouse. Have a nice day everyone !

Not sure what other information I could have provided. The order number is there, you obviously have my order history and likely the history of my emails. I simply cannot control what complaints you get personally and what complaints you dont. I used the customer service email listed in the shipping email, that probably doesnt go to you. I give every business an opportunity to make a mistake, this was the second time on an order of 4 bottles of Brain Freeze I have been sent the wrong order. In my mind I have done my part by forgiving the first mistake which did cost me money because I simply didn't have the time to package the bottles back up and drive them to ups/fedex to ship back before I could get my correct order. That was after I had to take a picture of the bottles with the invoice to prove that there was a mistake. Granted that was a year ago but that was, according to you the people in NJ who were supposed to be trained. In either event really doesnt matter. A mistake was made and it has not been resolved and at this point I am out $80 until i actually get my order. Even if you do ship my order it is still my time and effort used to package up what you sent and ship it back to you. I now have to schedule time to drive to the ups or fedex to fix your mistake. Not what I planned when I ordered from Breazy. If I wanted to keep driving into town to buy juice and waste gas and time doing it I would just buy on the economy instead of saving money by ordering online.

Dominick I feel bad that you signed in happy and got blasted with all this unpleasantness. So I’ll attempt to cheer you up because nothing sucks worse then showing up happy to work and getting blindsided with a shit sandwich. Here’s my attempt.
Q. What’s the difference between ignorance and apathy?
A. I don’t know and I don’t care.
Enjoy and I hope my joke has helped improve your day because you come here and try your best to help folks only to get repeatedly pummeled with complaints. I don’t know you but you seem like a stand up guy who cares about his job and us vaping customers. So from the bottom of my heart thank you for the work you do and know that you are appreciated. It’s hard to tell sometimes because the disenfranchised speak loudest so from someone who you’ve helped with an order in the past, Thank You

You boys sure its the smartest thing to keep insulting me because I have a valid complaint against a company you think does no wrong? Does it really hurt me when you call me names? No! What it does do is keep me posting negative things about Breazy such as this was the second incorrect order they sent me at a cost of $80 an order. At some point people will become interested in the insults and begin reading this thread. How many customers do you think Breazy will lose? 1, 5 10? Someone will surely realize that because I provided an order number and an open request number that I am not lying and in fact they did get the wrong order, again, and maybe they stop ordering from Breazy and begin ordering from a very good company that ships very quickly like Element Vape. By all means, keep the insults coming and keep this thread alive. Heck I am going to find all the vaping forums and repeat what happened so I can have this much fun on all of them.

You said boys, plural, and since I’m the only other person who has posted I’m gonna assume you are talking about me. The purpose of my post was to cheer up a guy who came into work happy and signed in here to be confronted with more complaints effectively ruining his good mood. I have had this happen to me on several occasions and it sucks. It makes your day drag and makes it hard to do your job. I can relate to this so I made an attempt to cheer him up. If this somehow “insulted” you then you need more help than Breazy can provide. I would attempt to cheer you up also but I wouldn’t know where to start and I cannot relate. As far as you hurting Breazy sales with negative posts I could not care less. I hold no stock in Breazy and their sales don’t effect me in any way. Your motivation to find all vape forums and post about your wrong order and the fact my first post somehow “insulted” you makes you seem mentally imbalanced. I hope you get your order squared away and in the future maybe don’t read so much into other people’s posts. It makes you seem like you’re paranoid and that people are out to get you when they are not.

Well it was a bit insulting since you were reassuring your buddy only because of his whining about me telling the truth about the second order Breazy has gotten wrong. Hence your lines about ignorance and apathy, pummeled with complaints and disenfranchised seems somewhat targeted wouldn't you think? Sad you didn't read the entire thread after all the work I put into insulting the other douche SteveS54. Boys, plural. Steve is a douche, singular. This is so relaxing.

I think you have things fairly well figured out. @SteveS45 is a douche and 90% of the forum members know he is a douche.

The reason new members come here to complain about Breazy is because Breazy has a problem. Rather than fix the problem that causes new members such as yourself to come here to complain, Breazy has chosen to blame their customers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,for complaining. And that's a shame.

I have recommended, in this thread and others in the past and as a long time forum member, that Breazy quit listening to douches like Steve and start listening to their customers. But it has not happened yet. In fact, Breazy has gotten threads closed and deleted that reflected poorly on them.

Anyway, I like your style. You knew you'd be attacked and came out guns blazing. Good on you. :D

Sad you didn't read the entire thread after all the work I put into insulting the other douche SteveS54. Boys, plural. Steve is a douche, singular. This is so relaxing.
Dude, email grant@breazy. Tell him your complaint. Dominick offered to help you. Shit happens and it sucks it happened to you. But if it were me I'd give it a shot.
