Anybody order from NN recently? Put in an sample order for the salts and FB on 12/11 and it still has not shipped.

Anyone else seeing delays on other orders? Wondering if they are behind from holiday flux or something else.

I just sent them a question via the online contact option, this order still is not done processing. Its been "Formulation & Packaging" since the 11th.

I was really looking forward to testing the nic they had and maybe having another supplier, but not if orders really take this long.

Anyone else seeing this from them, or know if they normally have a long processing time?

I've placed many orders at NN, so far, it didn't take long, in order to receive my shipping confirmation. To be honest though, I haven't ordered from NN for a long time. However, I would consider your order from not being shipped yet, due to Christmas. It's not just the distributors having the Christmas flux, but the mailing providers as well.

I ordered a Free ($2.75 postage) Sample from them on Dec. 15-16
On Dec 23 I received an email notifying me of the USPS Tracking.
According to the USPS Tracking, On Dec. 21 they received "PRE-SHIPMENT INFO SENT TO USPS, USPS AWAITING ITEM".
That's the last I've heard. The practice by many sellers of setting up tracking without actually shipping anything...sucks.

I sure hope I get delivery before the 8-10 years of Nic. stored in my freezers run out.

My NN sample arrived in today's mail. :stars2:

When I ordered it, I did not know how large it would be. Since it came well packaged in a graduated vial, It appears to be 15 mls.

*Update*

So the sample finally arrived. Even with the holidays 5 days short of a month for order processing to delivery seems a little long, but maybe this is just me...

The samples arrived in plastic vials. Never using the salts they have I am a little shocked the smooth salt sample is so dark colored-this may have nothing to do with smell or taste. I plan on mixing some up and sharing if the taste is off.

Dec 11: Ordered
Dec 13: Status changed to formulating and packing
Dec 18: They sent an email saying it shipped (no tracking for 10 days).
Dec 28: Tracking number finally showed scanned
Jan 05: Package was delivered.

The coloration on my 100mg 100% PG sample is similar. Haven't tried it yet.

I can no longer support Nude Nicotine... after years of vaping Nude Nicotine is one of the single worst vendors I've come across..... the number of complaints about the slowness of their service and their contempt for retail customers has become legend...It seems they are only interested in their wholesale customers, there are so many nic vendors around it doesn't make sense for any DIYer to do bussiness with them.

I placed an order for a sample a week ago and it's still in "Formulating" status. You'd think they'd want to get those out fast since people ordering samples are potential customers with cash-in-hand ready to place a full order.

This is only my second experience buying nicotine. First was from HiLiq and it has a strong smell, bad taste and really harsh. Frustrating to say the least as a new DIY'er.

look at Carolina extract...they are pricey but good....My personal thoughts are that Nude Nicotine focuses on their wholesale customers....their retail customers get sloppy seconds.....they don't even bother responding to e-mails from their retail customers, their attitude seems to be take it or leave it. Vaportek is another great option to NN

Thanks Pulse. I want to try VT since they seem to get pretty solid reviews and seem to have good prices. Carolina may be great, but I'm too gun shy to pay double right now. Of course, with my luck, VT looks like they may be having supply problems.

Question for you, if you don't mind: how odorless/tasteless should I actually expect nic to be? The stuff I bought from HiLiq (100mg/ml) was pretty nasty to me. Opened the cap expecting to smell next to nothing and was greeted by a rancid tobacco smell. Made a mix with it and it tasted just like it smelled, was really harsh and overpowered everything.

The commercial juice's nic is obviously high quality and doesn't affect the smell/flavor. SHould I be expecting the same from my nic?

That certainly has not been my experience.

Prior to ordering my sample, I sent 3 separate emails last month, with questions, to NN. I still have them. All were politely responded to by 2 different very helpful folks there. All were within hours and on the same day I asked them. One of their email responses was sent by them time stamped @ 11:01 PM! (CST) (Yep, I retained the NN responses too ;))

I am not a wholesale customer. In the past I have made 2 orders for their 1 Ltr. bottles of nic. Both were delivered within 10 days of ordering and to my complete satisfaction.

lucky you I've sent 3 e-mails and never got any reply....and I've never got an order within 10 days ...every other nic vendor I've used and that's like 3 others have got my order out much quicker...Hell I've had people from Carolina Extracts actually call me up to answer my questions...

This is like my personal notebook, so I'll answer myself!

Got a bottle of 100mg/ml from Xtreme and I'm really happy with it even though I've only tried one small batch. Clean smell and seemed really smooth and tasteless.

I just took a chance and got a bottle of nic from them. Took almost three weeks to arrive and at just 6% it's harsh and peppery, absolutely kills my flavors, and is almost unvapable. Pretty sad.

Yeah the ordering process/time, lack of response was enough for me to think I will not buy from them again. On another odd side last week I got emails from them saying my orders were about to ship? How crazy is that they already shipped and processed... Something in the process they have or the QA / audit of the process is not right.

So I finally mixed this stuff up to test. I did not put in near the effort I did with the Nicotine River review-this was mostly due to the processing time with NN as I will not order from them again because of this.

However, as the salts go it was clean smelling as you can see from the pics above though its not clear and it did discolor the juice I mixed up. I do get a very very slight throat irritation for some reason on the exhale but this seemed to go away after 2-3 pulls. It also did not seem to last, but again in the morning after not vaping seemed to get that same sensation. Have not had that with other salts-unsure whats going on here, but its odd...

Freebase: For the freebase I cant offer much of a review its clean, clear and has no taste and I am not picking up any smell. But it does have that freebase throat hit that I am just not used to anymore. If you dont mind long shipping nothing against the freebase they have and I would say its better than wizardlabs for sure. But many others offer Nic and will process orders tons faster than the recent report of delays from NN.

Salts: As for the salts, being discolored and having a slight and I do mean slight throat irritation on the first few pulls if not vaping for a while its enough that I personally would not get them again. Would always go with NicRiver or Liquid Nicotine Wholesalers and leaning towards LNW more than NR because of lower shipping cost.

I just got my second bottle form VapersTek...took advantage of their 25% off St. Patrick's day sale. It's in the fridge next to the still unopened sample from Nude Nicotine. Honestly, I have no reason to even bother trying anything other than VT—it's perfect to me.

Also, the month+ it took for NN to get me a sample was a non-starter for me.

yeah I also get a slight cough /irritation from using this nic salt...I'm willing to give Nicriver a spin if they can get rid of that.

Price Reduction on ALL Nicotine Products!

Nude Nicotine is proud to be able to now offer a reduced cost on all of it's nicotine products! From Nicotine Salts to Nicotine Bases, everything has been discounted a fair amount to reflect what we feel should be the true-value of a nicotine solution of such size and concentration :) This pricing reduction affects:
  1. Pure Nicotine
  2. Wholesale Nicotine Bases (All Concentrations)
  3. Retail Nicotine Bases (All Concentrations)
  4. Wholesale Nicotine Salts (All Concentrations)
  5. Retail Nicotine Salts (All Concentrations)
  6. Wholesale Armor v3 Nicotine Base (Extended Shelf Life)
  7. Retail Armor v3 Nicotine Base (Extended Shelf Life)
  8. Armor v1 Nicotine Base (Extended Shelf Life)
  9. Armor v2 Nicotine Base (Extended Shelf Life)
  10. Casual Nudist Nicotine Bases (All Concentrations)
Here are a few reason how and why we are excited to be able to bring you lower prices on all of our nicotine products at Nude Nicotine:

1. Lab efficiency:
We've expanded and finished our 1100 sq ft ISO 6/7 clean room expansion. We are now closing in on 2,000 sq ft of production space, allowing us to implement larger reactor vessels and mixing equipment. This is such a great time to be a chemist at Nude Nicotine! Not only does this mean proper large-scale production capability of nicotine salts and bases, but also a model facility in which we have standardized our ISO 9001 and 17025 compliant quality systems, all without increased overhead cost. In addition, and also very important is the expansion of our freezer capacity to store 24 pallets of raw or finished nicotine. This is enough to accommodate a 2-3 month supply of raw products for our market as a whole. This is our biggest security blanket in the case of a market shortage, raw material fluctuation, or any event constituting force majeure - a true sigh of relief :)

2. Customer Value:
You are #1 at Nude Nicotine - the customer experience means everything to our staff when purveying quality chemistry. We know our quality exceeds anyone on the market, even what is dictated by the US Pharmacopoeia (99.0%). However you shouldn't need to pay top-prices for top-notch quality - Nude Nicotine can bring you this experience at a lower cost, in line or below that of the standard market value. Our goal is for our nicotine products, analytical services, and genuine support in your business or DIY to allow you, (our customer) to flourish!

3.Recent Acquisition Within- and the Influence of- our Supply Chain for Nicotine:
Making nicotine, let alone NUDE Nicotine is complicated!!!! There are many steps to distilling pure and quality nicotine from tobacco leaves, which requires not only a (team of) world-class chemist(s) to undertake, but some of the best logistics managers and shippers. Over the past year, we at Nude Nicotine have made major strides in acquiring portions of, or heavily influencing and establishing supply contracts within the field of tobacco sourcing for nicotine distillation, and the implementation of new, efficient, and revolutionary new nicotine distillation protocols. Nude Nicotine controls its entire supply chain from soup-to-nuts, which means our customers experience consistent, reliable, expedient, quality products for the most important person in the world – you!! This means a lower overall cost for your nicotine products across the board at Nude Nicotine. Cheers to the expansion and growth!

It is because of you that we’re here today to celebrate our 5 year anniversary! It was about this time in April/May 2013 when we took the first orders for our eLiquid and nicotine bases, and boy has it come a long way. And we are so thankful for all that you have done to allow our company to flourish and flower to the point at which we stand today - thank you so much from the bottom of all of our hearts :)

Last, but not least, we’d like to present you with our updated Nude Nicotine Guarantee: a guarantee on our dedication to quality and service, each and every time you order with us:
