cheap PWM Board!!!

Hi guys. New to the forum.
I am looking for a PWN board for regulated Mod box project. I have seen several on line for $12-$15 but shipping is around $20!! I am in Canada. Most of the boards are in the USA. By the time it buy them they are over $40 CAD. I have several plans to 3D print off the boxes in ABS or PLA. Looks like a fun little project if I can get the right parts. I am going to build a unregulated also, but that is pretty easy stuff.
Are there any boards/sites that anyone would recommend?
