I wanted to go with a kabuki but I tried my mates & it felt really solid but did not vape any better than the nautilus 2.
Sure the build is fantastic but I didn't find the tank to be any better. So I did not justify spending £80.00 on one.
My Kayfun lite an provaris got stole when a house I used to live in got robbed so I just want a cheap RTA to go on top of my provari P3 I got on ebay recently.
It's sitting there not doing anything!

My wife uses a authentic Kabuki and a clone she uses now, the only difference can tell between the 2, is the authentic seems to have a longer center pole, so can get more juice in it, but otherwise she can't tell the difference between them, I only got the authentic Kabuki, because it was a package deal with the radius that she also stole from me

Black licorice will crack a PC tank pretty quickly, learnt years ago, only use black licorice in glass tanks, also from experience, banana juice years ago cracked my tank, and my wife's cinnamon juices would crack tanks too, I don't think you see as much nowadays, as more tanks are made with glass compared to 4-5 years ago.

I agree with others here, the doggy style tank is a awesome MTL tank, if they had made filling easier, be in my rotation more, but it is a at home tank only, as normally have to use a tool to get it apart, or the airflow ring just keeps spinning and won't come apart.
yes, when I first took my SXK apart, I had to use the little screwdriver in the air slot (after removing the air flow ring) to get it apart. I lubed the oring when I filled it up, and the next time I took off the air flow ring, and used a paper towel to grip the base and got it lose by hand, I'm hoping as the PC threads wear some it will get easier, also I am going to try lubing the threads next time. Its not that hard though, just a bit fiddly. I can build on this deck even quicker than i can recoil a CLR coil, and those are that hard, and the flavor is worth it. I've ordered more of them, including extra spare tanks and o-rings. :)

Women eh?? Think they own everything, the radius & kabuki setup is a classic.
If I had enough money that beloved radius would be my main mod.
I'd even be tempted to sell some of my mods to get one :p

Easier to build than a CLR, fucking hell must be easy then! I have an ego one & a pack of CLR coils ordered. For £10.00 I thought I'd pick up another.
Them CLR coils are as good as RTA'S I've used, specially for the price.
Also didn't know the armor tank took them till recently so now that tank nay have some use!

I probably should have said as easy as, however sometimes I have to work to get the clr coil lead in the slot pressed down to make good contact, with the big screws on the SXK doggy style it's a piece of cake. The Wismec Amor tank from Totally Wicked is the one that takes CL and CLR coils I have 4 of them:
https://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/wismec-amor-tank.html
I get my 1.0 ohm CLR coils from Fasttech, authentic and cheap, worth the 2 week wait time. I use them once as they are then rebuild with 28 AWG 316L SS, 6 spaced wraps, 2.5mm, 0.6 ohms and vape at around 11 to 12W or 380-400F in temp control. Using the same SS build in my SXK doggy style, wicked with Cotton Bacon V2, and it's awesome :)

My main build is a spaced clapton at 0.7 ohms & vaped at 15-18 watts.
I've only just starting using TC, I bought a tank to try it out & I'm impressed so ill be buying some ss wire soon.
That build your doing sounds okay, I will try it in my amor tank. If I'd of known it takes CLR coils sooner I would of been all over it. I've not actually rebuilt a CLR coil yet. I've been dry burning & washing them, using in my ego one & they just seemed to be lasting ages but I have some saved for when I wanna put my own build in.
I've been using spaced claptons in my spiral tank lately at 0.7 ohms, was so impressed with flavour over past couple weeks I've not been using anything else.

Yea the setup was actually bought for myself, she doesn't care what mod or tank she has (normally), as long as it vapes.

I only had the radius and kabuki for a day, she came home from work while I was sleeping, and her pico mod had started messing up, so she grabbed the radius, and never got back since

But I'm more into RTA's anyway, and her having a reliable setup makes my life easier, but she has no idea she is holding a $230 setup, and not going to tell her either, most expensive setup I've ever bought, don't normally splash out, but know the radius is worth the money though.

Bummer about the pico, mines been reliable for a few months. What was up with it?? The nx75 is a better mod for a single 18650. Personally though I use a nx100 with a 26650 & the battery life is as good as a dual mod.
It's also the best for accurate TC if your on a budget. Why mess about with artic fox if you can get a mod what works out the box.

What RTA'S you rocking?? :)

I have a number of KF clones V2+, V3's, and a V5, recently loaded up on tanks that take Ego One CLR rebuildable coils including Ego One V2, Mega's, and Amor tanks. Yesterday I got an SXK Doggy Styled 2K16 and I'm in MTL heaven with that little beauty! Unscrewing the base is a little fiddly since the air flow ring goes all the way around, but the awesome flavor and super easy to build and wick, tight adjustable draw, makes it a KF killer for me! Vaped a full tank and outside with it in hot weather, no leaks!
I'm not having a good vape with my KF2 lite. Even with the screw out its a tight draw. Any ideas on how to open it up? thanks!

I got myself a Kayfun V5 cos of how tight of a draw the lites were but hopefully someone will chime in an help. Cos kayfuns are hell expensive!

Anyone buy the Vandy vape berserker yet? Any decent reviews? I seen a few negative responses on a different forum. I'm just looking. :)

Mine came today, no problems what so ever, great build quality on both, these are true MTL tanks, if someone can't get a tight enough draw with this, then they won't with anything :)

Thanks for the review. I MTL but I like a airy hit. Example: Nautilus 2 with airflow totally open. I assume this tank is tighter than the N2?
P.S. I did read your review somewhere. :)

I don't have a Naut 2, so can't compare, but the largest air hole on the berserker is 1.6mm, so even largest setting it is a tight draw, if you like airy, then this tank probably won't be to your liking.

Good to know and thanks! I saved some $$. I'm still looking for a newer tank. I have a Kayfun 5 but hate it. I do like the kayfun 3 mini but my screws rusted. Good quality clone? :)

Well know there is a new Digiflavor Siren V2 coming, so that might be good for you, it can be really tight air flow too, but can also open it more for a more airy hit.

Haven't seen a clone for this, but you might like the Geekvape Ammit. Easy build, more airflow than the Kayfun 5, good flavor.

Howdy y'all! It's been a while since I dropped by. I'm mostly squonking these days but MTL too. For bottom fed rda, look at Chalice3, Hellvape Viper v2, Cyclone v1. I have a few rta in rotation, all MTL, the Hussar with the 1.3mm tube and Origen Tiny are hitting the spot. The original Siren is good, but a bit too much air even on the lowest setting. On my list is the Berserker and possibly Siren v2.

Hope you are well :)

The Berserker is great! Definitely recommend it. I tried the Kayfun V5 bit it was more like a restricted direct lung so I ordered a kayfun mini V3. These kayfuns are beginning to swallow my wallet though! Specially as you can get a good MTL atty cheap!

I was thinking about the prime actually, they have it on the same site I got my mini V3 too which means they'll deliver to the UK. I will think about getting it pay day :)

If I remember correctly, you like a slightly looser draw than I do. With that in mind, how tight a draw can you get?

Sorry I didn’t see an alert on your post. I haven’t tried to get more air flow on the V2 so don’t have any tricks other than if memory serves me right back the airflow screw out (unless I’m thinking about another model, been a while since I used it. The V5 has much more air flow so that might be better for you,it’s too much for me.

Prime and Berserker you can really dial down to a very tight draw. on the prime I have it on the 2nd biggest hole, the berserker have on the biggest and they are still pretty tight draws for me.

I believe both can dial down to a 0.8mmm are hole.

Get an obs engine and put a 0.6 build in and vape it at 25 watts. Won't be a tight draw but will be a good MTL vape :)

I saw the Prime at 3Fvape, in the New Posts here, a couple days ago. A new to us vendor called Vapercoil, or something has them, too. 3Fvape had the better price. It's a 2ml there. Don't know if they make a bigger one, didn't investigate it too much.

I can't wait I'm getting my girlfriend a berserker. This will be her 2nd vape ever. Imo first real vape and I want to do it right... Mostly so she will stop smoking cigarettes I love kissing her but good damn I can't stand that smoker taste. But I love her so I deal with it.

has any word come in regarding the 'best' kf prime clone? i see kindbright, sxk, yftk (all usually pretty good) and a couple no-name versions between ft and 3fv.

also, anyone heard anything at all about the hastur mtl by cthulhu? or their mtl rda?

Vic has a review up for the rda for sure. I know I seen him with the new rta but I don't know if he has the video up for it yet. He gives the mtl rda a horrible review
