I've heard Vaporesso Gemini SS316 w/Pre-built Ceramic Coils is great on Flavor! I also heard the Uwell Crown Sub Ohm Tank w/Pre-built coils is awesome! Also heard the Kanger Subtank Mini was worth at least an honorable mention. Are there others that match or exceed flavor production! I heard the TFV4 guzzled waaay too much juice? Do you agree with the above, not agree? Please share your thoughts!

Also, what would be the best coils to purchase as replacements, for flavor?

This might sound funny but my ijust2 tank with .3 aspire Atlantis coils is great for a subohm tank. Kicks the hell out of my wife's tfv4 even with the quad Clapton coil. Uses way les juice also.

I love the Crown 0.25 coils at around 65 watts. The subtank is a great starter tank, but the flavor is not a patch on the Crown. I also like the Steam Engine tank.

And, yes, these do guzzle juice - much more than the subtank. Although the steam engine probably less than the Crown!

The Gemini coils are absolute crap. I've had many .9ccel (target coils) that were great on flavor albeit tight draw. All 7 of the new coils I tried, 2 included with tank, and a complete 5pack all suffered burnt hits (below lowest end of wattage range) right out of the gate. All were allowed to prime for 1hr prior to use. Sure bad coil batches get out there, but I'm not going to test my luck and double down on ordering another 5pack.

If anyone wants a Gemini tank I'll make you a great deal!

Oh noooooooo! That just doesn't sound good. Keeping my fingers crossed;hope I get a good batch of coils!

Ive heard the opposite about the coils; no dry hits. Anyone else experience the same problem or different?

The best Sub Ohm tank I have for flavor is the SMOK TFV4. I recommend using the quad coil with it for the best flavor. I kept mine around 90 Watts most of the time and maybe went through a tank a day. Definitely a tank I would recommend for flavor!

Hated the the Tfv4. The top fill design sucks and I couldn't stand using that silly vape band. Cloud and flavor wise the Crown and tfv4 are real close but I like the design and top fill of the Crown much better.

Meh, who cares when you can get a whole new tank for like 20 bucks.
Who's talking about the tank? Uwell released a bunch of shit coils that they knew about and did nothing about it. That's shady in my book.

Not the latest thing out there, but I think the OBS T-VCT is a good flavor tank.

Have not tried any ceramic coils yet, but for now I'm still favoring the V1 Herakles tank with the Ni200 coils. I have a Cerakoat Tank on order and am waiting to try the Mask coils. I had my eye on the Vaporesso Gemini, but I am hearing mixed reviews.

Can't go wrong with the Herakles Plus. Great variety of coils, cheap coils (can get a 5 pack of most for under $12), doesn't guzzle like a Hemi, but cloud production isn't the greatest.

Hello Everyone!

I received the RX200 and both the Crown and Gemini Sub Ohm Tanks... & Both fit flush on the RX200! Yessssssss! I also received the VTC5's... But I can't use em yet...:/ waiting on my Nitecore I4 charger and the 30Q's!! I'm so excited!

Since, I'm so new to vaping not sure if and/or how I will determine which tank works best, for flavor... I'm sure I'll know what a dri hit and/or a burnt hit taste like. I have a variety of coils... from .05, .25, .8,(SS's) & .9(Kanthol).

Maybe, I'll try the Hercules Plus and/or the TVF4 Sub Ohm Tank(s), next... Out of the four(Hercules Plus, TVF4, Uwell Crown, and Vaporesso Gemini), which are the best on flavor? which are the most juice guzzling?

I read the TVF4 has more pre-built coil options(and that the quad's are great!) but with a 5ml tank, it guzzled the juice. I wonder if the mini would save on juice but still give me option to use the pre-built quad coils?

Ok, just wanted to share... & seek additional insight. THANKS, EVERYONE! :vapemail::bingo: Guess, I should be hold off on the excitement, until I actually try the tanks. Nope, I'm still so stoked!
Thanks, again!

just got the tfv4 and it is a complete upgrade to my old isub apex 5 that i was running at 0.2. If i go back to the isub it feels like im not even vaping! The tfv4 delivers this lovely warm vapour that kind of releases the flavour onto your tongue. Best tank I have ever vaped. At the same time im sure its in a different league to the isub so its not a fair comparison but I can only speak from my own experience. Im also sure there are other tanks that are the same or maybe even better than the tfv4.

Im using the quad coils by the way. Yet to try the tri yet.

I received my RX200, Vaporesso Gemini Tank(.5), 23watts, and experienced my first vape using the combination!!!:stars: The first few hits tasted kinda burnt, but every vape after has been like a dream come true! Breakfast at Teleo's "The Milk" never tasted so good! I must thank all of my fellow Vapsters, for sharing information, insight, and direction! Haven't used the Crown tank or coils, yet.

I still have slot to learn, surely. I'm so confused, as it pertains to Wattage Mode, Temp Mode, etc., When I tried to vape in Temp SS mode, Temp Control icon appears and no vaping is allowed. 100c, 200watts... I can change the temp freely but have no idea how to lower the wattage.:(, while in Temp SS mode and no matter how low I change temp to, Temp Control pops up. I have no idea what's going on:wait: but I am sure someone here does. Please, do advise!

Any ideas, please share. For now, I'll stick to the wattage mode. Until, I figure this out...with your help, of course.

Thanks, again!;)

Click the fire button 4 times IIRC and it'll swap to show you the wattage in big numbers, then adjust it. Click the fire button once to exit out of the wattage adjustment.

The best tank out there for flavor that I have used is the triton2 with an aspire Clapton coil .5 or the Heracles plus.

I really enjoy the Aspire Claptons. I just wish they lasted a little longer. I'll get 3-4 days out of the Cleito 0.4 Claptons, but I only got 1-2 days out of the Triton, which is really too bad. I love the coil and until I picked up the Cleito, they were 2nd on my list after the Crown w/0.25 dual coils. Unfortunately, I only grab a couple here and there because of the cost.

Just my two cents, and I haven't tried the Herekles, but the Crown is my top tank for flavor, hands-down. Then the Cleito, then the rest of the Crown coils, then a close tie between the TFV4 with octuple claptons and the Arctic V8 Mini with the Snake coils. The Aspire Claptons would fall in that mix too, if I ever sprang for them anymore. After that, I put the Vaporesso 0.5s in my Triton 2. I don't use much of anything else because it's a waste of money, imo. I need to try the Herekles, though. I've heard great things and I'm interested in getting a new tank sometime soon.

Yeah you will love the Herakles plus the flavor is out of this world. Also an excellent flavor tank is the Super tank mini. Intense flavor

Which is the best coil for the Herekles? 0.4, the 0.2 SS, or Nickel TC? I'm not a huge TC fan, but I'll certainly use it if that's where flavor country is!

Thanks for the insight, The Juice Loosener! Much appreciated!
#1 Uwell Crown .25 SS coils
#2 Cleito .04 Clapton coils

I think I will be trying The Herekles, next...unless I hear better flavor tanks & coils are EXCELLENT on FLAVOR!

I really like the TVF4 micro with dual SS coils. Using it on TC the flavor is good. I got it by buying the SMOK Stick Plus, repurposing the battery that came with it. Doesn't guzzle liquid the way it's big brothers do. But, I just received a Wismec Theorem with the notched SS coils. Using it on a TC200. The flavor is absolutely amazing. I vape NOT to smoke cigs and I'm primarily interested in flavor. Not sure how well the notched coils would work on another tank, but they are a winner

i use the 25mm Supertank mini By Tobeco, the flavor is great, airflow is also on point, never had one leak, and in my area the coils are super easy to get

Every day i carry around one of my personal favorites. While i strictly use the RBA deck now the premade coils for the UD Simba did a damn good job.

I haven't seen it mentioned yet- I went on a tank quest to find the best flavor from a tank with pre-built coils, and the best I have yet to find is the Arctic v8 mini..I spent untold amounts on tanks and this was my conclusion!
Forgot about that. The mini was on my list but never got it. I have the full size and it is good. So many coil options as well.

I must agree. I am NOT impressed at all with all the burnt hits. Very disappointing.

Yes the super tank has amazing flavor. Using the .2 coils on it since I like to vape around 70w. I also love the tfv4 but the true beauty on this tank is when you use a quad coil and vape at 100. The super tank eats juice as fast at the tfv4 imo.
